Shower in room 11 stopped working half way through morning shower which was not great.

Easy self access to hotel and rooms which were nicely appointed and comfortable. Cooked breakfast to order in the morning - Full English with orange juice, tea £13.95 right by A40 but. Wry well soundproofed.

Could have done with a hairdryer in the room. The bed was quite small, just a basic double and we found it quite soft. But would have no trouble recommending or coming again.

Shower had very low pressure and showering was somewhat uncomfortable. The room had the smallest TV I have ever seen. No point in even using it. Double bed was really small and had a sagging mattress. Central heating not working due to a faulty radiator although they did replace it with an electric one.

Good value for money, very good location (between 20-30 mins away by car from the most popular Cotswolds destinations), food and service at the restaurant were exceptional. Free parking.

Bathroom towels were very small not Bathroom towels.Plugs in bath and sink both let the water out when you tried to fill them the sink was worse as as soon as you filled it up to have a wash or shave it emptied straight away . The water flow was slow.

It was clean and tidy. Good value for money just a couple of things sorted and it would be fantastic

Unfortunately although the room was spacious it had very low ceilings. The bathroom plumbing also needed attention, although the shower was powerful and hot, the ceiling in this room was also very low so mind your head. There is a steep spiral staircase to the family room. The wine was also expensive it would have been nice if there was a reasonably priced house wine. There was an offer on beer though.

We enjoyed our stay here the room was spacious and had three single beds . The restaurant was very attractive and served delicious reasonably priced meals. The breakfast was also tasty. The staff were helpful and friendly.

More attention to detail needed. My bedside light could be plugged in only if on a chair or on the floor! The chair at the desk was in poor condition. There was a dodgy looking brown stain by the pillow on the other bed. The full price would have been too much. Also really rather a long way from town!

Clean and felt safe. Contactless aspect was explained well. It was warm. Bed was comfy. I got a bargain from booking.com. Most of road noise was blocked by glazing. Great curtains- very dark in room!

Lots of noise from other rooms - doors slamming, loud music. Given that you see no staff at all it would have been good to get a text making sure everything was okay. We would have booked breakfast but you have to pre-book the night before and there are no staff to pre-book with! TV is tiny and no programme guide.

Contactless check-in is very easy. Room surprisingly spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was mostly clean. Conveniently located 2 miles from Cheltenham. Very good value at £110 for two nights at the weekend. Comfortable bed and pillows. Plenty of storage space. Toiletries provided. Clean towels.

For something calling itself a Boutique hotel I expected a higher standard of room equipment (there was no mini fridge or hair dryer) with better decor and furniture. Furniture seemed to have been sourced from a second hand shop and was uncoordinated. The bathroom was mostly clean but there was scale and dirt around the base of the tap and overflow outlet. The bathroom shower fitment did not work (broken mechanism) and could only point at the wall so had to be held by hand.

Convenient location. Room was mostly clean with comfortable bed. Contactless check-in worked. Although contactless, one of the waiters helped by providing a replacement light bulb for the lamp.

This was our first experience of a contactless hotel but it ran very smoothly, we were contacted by the Hotel with the codes needed and they worked well. The room was large, very clean and well equipped.

The bed was small for two of us and the spring mattress was wobbly. You can feel the air coming in by the window frame.

It's a lovely cosy place. Apart from the noise of the main road, it's a quiet place. There are many places of interest around. Breakfast and lunch are available. The staff is helpful and kind. We would go back again.
