Rooms were not well cleaned and very noisy (plumbing/pipe noise through the night)

Beds need changing it dipped in the middle and has served its purpose really really uncomfortable. One room was really ran down and bathroom not cleaned at all. The other was clean and tidy just needed a new mattress. Very bad smell in the hallway but wouldnt let it put us off until we checked rooms

We needed to change room because of an issue with the water so the manager came and offered another room which we did but we were in rush to go out and move our stuff. However the customer service was brilliant

When we first entered the b&b there was a horrible drainy smell in the hallway but just in the hallway.. it was soon rectified thou. The main thing is the room we were sleeping in smelt fine

Central location, really amazing hosts/owners. basic but clean & comfortable. We didn’t have breakfast there but it smells amazing The owner let us leave our bags there after check out so we could have another full day at the Pleasure Beach which was really nice of him.

Could have been cleaned better, the sink was a bit dirty. The toilet roll wasn't a fresh roll so had been used previously and there were empty sugar packets and dirt in the bottom of the basket where they were kept.

Really good value for money, the hosts were lovely, approachable and helpful. The beds were comfortable and clean the room was pleasant and nice enough.

The owner was so helpful and nice. Real gentleman. The lady that showed me to our room came out to help us with finding a parking space, she was so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us.

The room was really cold at night we didnt have wifi so not much signal to call family at home toilet seat was loose kept slipping of when using no mirror in bathroom.

The hotel was beautiful and staff were very welcoming the breakfast was delicious we will definitely be coming back soon.

Could use better mattresses, but wasn't terrible. Guests in room next door to us were quite loud and resulted in us being awake in to the early hours and awake early.

Host was excellent. Made sure we had everything we needed, accommodated all needs at breakfast and communicated all day to make sure we were arriving and to ensure he would be on site to meet us. Parking was on street, we didn't pay for the onsite facility and car was left all weekend with no issues. Hotel was around a 15minute, at a 6yr olds pace, walk up to Central pier and the tower so more then central for what we paid. Would definitely stay again.

Could have been cleaner and new mattresses are needed the shower and bathroom in general could do with an overhaul as the taps were wobbly and shower a bit dated and worn but worked well plenty of hot water

Found somebody's sock down the side of the bed but it wouldn't put us off coming back if we came to Blackpool again :)

Bathroom clean, could do with a little maintenance. Old buildings always tricky to keep on top of all the maintenance.

Breakfast was very nice, having food allergies sometimes is difficult. Nothing was too much trouble.

Double bed uncomfortable. Sewage smell coming up pipe work/toilets. This nearly put me off staying when I first walked into the main hallway, but I could see everything looked clean and tidy. Bleach down each toilet and lids kept down on all toilets day and night would likely stop this problem. Blackpools sewage system is obviously under strain, especially when heavy rain is confounding the problem.

Friendly staff, tea and coffee with kettle in the room. Somewhere to hang coats and clothing. Small on-suite shower/toilet/hand basin. Also a TV in the room.
