The room we stayed in this time was somewhat older decor, with ripped seating in window seat. Carpet in the bathroom room is not very hygienic. The room was clean, bedding and towels immaculate,but just had dust build up you could see under the furniture and at top of curtains all a bit tired.

This is our second visit this year to the hotel and it won't be our last. Lovely friendly staff. Veiw stunning from room. Had a breakfast on our last morning, and it was very nicely cooked fresh and well presented to self serve 👌. Overall, it is very good value for money, and even though it looks like a moan about the room, it's just looking a bit dated that's all.

The staff were very welcoming, and were accommodating of our bikes in allowing us to store them in the room overnight. The room itself was very big. Water pressure enough to put out the great fire of London.

Nothing worth complaining about in public !

Didn't have breakfast, we were in room 102, we only booked for 1 night so this room was perfect, full sea view, only a small room but we were only there a short while so suited us.

Bed was a bit hard, our room had very squeaky floorboards under the carpet and uneven, felt like we were walking uphill in one area. Would also liked to have been aware that breakfast was not included in the price. Bathroom was very small hardly any room to turn around.

Excellent location friendly helpful team members. Bar was quiet but very cosy, and the restaurant was fantastic. The food was very generous in portions size. Excellent value for money. Would definitely stay again.

Hot room on the top floor and windows didn't open enough for air flow but the fan helped a lot.

Staff was amazing, location was amazing, bed was very comfortable. We checked out early and wanted to explore without lugging our bags around and they let us leave them behind the desk. Lovely place to stay right by the sea.

The rooms are dated and basic. Some of the staff are a little blunt. That said, others are fantastic. Internet coverage is very limited. There is an elevator, yet stairs must also be climbed to get to rooms. Not ideal with luggage.

The location is perfect. Near a public car park and literally overlooking the beach. We have stayed twice, both times booking the sea view family room. The view itself makes the booking worth every penny! It’s stunning. Albeit breakfast comes at an additional cost, it’s brilliant. Great value too. The bar/restaurant area is very tastefully decorated.

No Wi-Fi connection in our room, only able to connect in reception/restaurant downstairs, minor irritation for us.

Excellent position with fabulous view, friendly staff, superb restaurant. Ample toiletries, coffee/tea in the room for our stay. Comfy bed with extra pillows, daily housekeeping.
