Plug in bathroom sink was stuck, no toilet roll, no towels no washing up liquid, hand soap, dish cloth or tea towel. Apartment could do with an update. We have been twice before and all the above were included. Need to advise what to bring. Pub didn’t open for breakfast even though they had breakfast photos online. Nowhere to get coffee, needs a coffee shop.

These are not complaints just constructive advice, lack of controls on heating system, could do with new thermostatic radiator valves, sliding sash windows were difficult to open, suggest cleaning track and spraying with silicone, 4 wine glasses But only one glass for a longer drink like beer , Bed was a bit low, Coat hooks in hall look nice but not practical, a foot mat at the communal entrance would be practical. NO Towels , Really, we were lucky we noticed this just before setting off

Lovely location, the house was clean and well presented, the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed use of the pool and this was a great location for exploring the coast.

Arrived at the beach cottage to find a hole in the front door which went all the way through. Reported it to reception but nothing was done. We had to plug it with kitchen roll to stop the wind coming in as it was a very blustery week. Someone should have done a temporary fix until the door could have been repaired properly. I thought this was very poor.

We was a family of 4 and there was only 1 sofa so wasn’t too impressed with that. 2 adults & 2 children don’t fit on it even with a small chair. Wasn’t comfy The rug on the floor wasn’t clean

We hadn’t been aware that towels were not provided as in other properties they had been. Perhaps the option to book towels could be made clearer when booking. We also expected there would a cafetière and oven glove.

The property suited our needs as a base for visiting places with which we are very familiar.

No bathtowell. Couldnt work the hob. No instructions for cooker or information about anything. Steep drop to beach.

Not a thing. Great place to stay. Only gripe would be that the kitchen was not very well equipped.

Apartment was clean and comfortable. Everything - heating etc - was easy to use. Staff professional and very helpful. Couldn't have asked for more. Would definitely stay here again, if re-visiting the area.

The onsite pub and shop are very overpriced and the food at the pub is average.

Really lovely area and facilities are good. The cabin was lovely and comfortable. Swimming pool is great with steam and sauna rooms.

No towels which I found so strange. The lodge was beautiful but needed some TLC to ensure it gets back to a great standard. Mentioned to receptionist about bulbs out, broken outdoor furniture ect. Definitely a no extra thrills lodge compaired to booking direct with owners. But didn't spoil our stay and was so happy with the location.

Beach hut was In a perfect spot close to all the main attractions. Children loved swimming and gym. Netflicks and tvs in all rooms were good for cozy nights. Lovely decor and soft furnishings to make it cozy.
