Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomParking close to the Bank is a bit of a problem. The Bank doesn't have a resident's lounge (other than the outside space and the bar which are great if you want to drink in the sunshine).

United KingdomWould be great to have a corridor from the accommodation through to the bar and dining room. During our stay it was raining quite heavily and although it is not any distance we got wet going from one building to the other.
Comfortable room and very friendly and pleasant staff. Good variety of food on menu for both breakfast and dinner. Great location for the harbour and beach.

Been before so knew it was great..location..about 60 secondes to sea front.. room with view was amazing...big huge room..massive bathroom..big bath and shower...lovely wee town....definitely be back...
