Loved the room itself at what value we paid for. The bathroom was great and I enjoyed the different color of the room. The shower was great and the location was absolutely perfect in where we wanted to walk into the the central part of Bath. Would love to go back here.

Additional fee for parking. We were expecting this and it was clear when we booked though. But unfortunately they don’t have space to be able to leave your car after you check out. But it wasn’t a problem as the cricket club has a great car park almost next door. But you will pay extra for this.

Room was very spacious and nice decor. Lovely to have a sofa and plenty of tea! We had windows and a view of the street which was quiet at night. Next to bowling green and cricket club. Very central with easy walk into town and river.

On our first night, we were told that we’re not allowed to go out after 11pm. I’m not sure if that’s really how it is.

the towel rail was on all the time and wasn't able to be turned down, i think it was broken. The staff did say they would take a look at it but it was still dangerously hot when we left.

Location is excellently situated for walking into Bath. The staff were very friendly and helpful with directions and food recommendations. The room was very good, it was a little hot when we went but there was a fan in the room. The bathroom in particular was fantastic, the shower phenomenal. There was a garden and good parking. We were on the top floor but was fine to walk up them. Seemed fairly quiet and windows that could open

The only thing was that the hallway light was coming through the bottom of the door.

The room was well decorated and unique! The beds were super comfy too. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

Decor fabulous, staff great, bed hard but that’s ok for a night. Parking was available which is super cool just bit cramped. I love this guest house tho. Beautiful garden, full of character

Fabulous location a short stroll into Bath. Good outdoor space fun to watch the croquet players. The room was spacious and the best shower ever!! Breakfast was excellent

The location was great and within walking distance of the city centre attractions. Room was clean, complimentary bottle of water provided and enough towels. Bathroom was well-finished and enough hot water.

We were on the third floor and there are no lifts.

We were warmly greeted on arrival by Bianca who enthusiastically assisted with our suitcases to our room. Service was excellent from all staff. Rooms were well sized. Breakfast was fabulous!

The bedroom and bathroom looked spotless but the hand basin was blocked with hair. Sorted easily though and staff very apologetic.
