Excellent location with a very short walk into the town. Good value for money. Room was very nice and clean. We both slept well and would be happy to book again if we were visiting the area.

The shower was standard but the temperature fluctuated a little. It also had a crack at the bottom & I felt like I was going to go through it if I didn't stand away from the crack (I'm not a heavy man!).

I was at a wedding a few miles away & rang the hotel late afternoon to request a late check-in. The woman on the phone was very helpful & gave me the necessary information so I could get in the property late at night, which I was very grateful of. Bed very comfortable, I had a good night's sleep. Spacious room & bathroom with excellent towels. Good selection of teas & coffees in the room too.

The entrance to the hotel itself wasn't quite clear as there are multiple doors on the building, but after a few minutes we managed to find the reception.

I liked the chair within the bathroom, I thought it made a nice touch, we were also were happy that we got a coffee machine with pods, it makes it made it quick and easy to have a coffee in the morning before we left the hotel.

Bathroom was quite dated and cold but understandable that a new bathroom is a huge expense.

Great hotel, room was huge with all comfortable beds for our family (2 adults and 2 children). Extra touches like biscuit each for our morning tea and Netflix on the tv!

The mattress appeared well used perhaps needs replacing. No hair dryer in room 16 well if it was couldn't find it

Some effort has been injected in the property in the way of renovation. It really needs a lot more. The decor appeared bland and unfinished in places. The curtains needed to be re-hung (room 7) as most of both parts were no longer attached to the rail. Generally, the interior looks shabby and drab. I’d stay again.

We were welcomed nicely by Tracy. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We slept well all three nights and thought the breakfasts excellent. The shower was great!

We were in a budget room and bedroom was fine but bathroom was very poky and a bit worse for wear.

Can’t really criticise anything. There was a fan provided but it was a bit too noisy to use at night. So really no complaints!

The room was excellent. Exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. There was LOADS of wardrobe and storage space. The shower was good The towels large and fluffy and the bathroom sparkling. We had an evening meal and bottle of wine which were very good and reasonably priced.

Nothing really. Had a twin room and double beds would have been awesome but totally unrealistic!!

Hotel owner was great. We arrived very early as we had a memorial starting at 1pm, and needed to get changed. They only had one of the rooms ready but were very helpful and allowed our party to drop our bag off and get dressed. Hotel also has its own bar which is great and very friendly.

The duvet was not "airy," which meant it was sweaty after one night. The room was above the bar, so it got a bit noisy until it closed at 11pm.
