Unfortunately the internet didn't work for the 3 days I was there meaning that I had to spend a lot more time in coffee shops than I'd have liked but this was apparently a problem in the area.

Location was great, room was spacious and location was really quiet. 15 mins walk from Angel tube and close to lots of food and drink places. Whirlpool bath in the room was amazing!

Shame curtains aren't blackout but that's personal preference and I wear an eye-mask to sleep so no major biggie. Also bedding could have been fresher. Wasn't necessarily unwashed but were a few marks/burn marks on linen.

Fantastic size room and absolutely love the location as is very quiet but a short walk to the hussle and bustle. Everything you could need on the tea tray and toiletries provided. Clean hand and bath towels provided. Love the contactless check-in and the staff are very helpful and responsive with any queries or problems.

The internet kept dropping, and the mattresses were a little worn-out. But these were minor issues.

Payment was not through Booking.com which was sketchy and the communications around check in were poor.

Found a couple of hairs in the spa bath but not to much to put me off. Also walls was a bit thin but overall quite quiet

The TV didn't work, and the shower was a bit feeble. Lovely to have a jacuzzi bath in the room ( shame it didn't work) though I understand the price reflected this, and we were offered an upgrade.

I went in the jacuzzi but little dark bits were floating around in the water after I turned it on so it maybe hadn’t been used in a while and bits were coming out of the the jets… also could really hear the man next door on the phone quite loudly.

The room was nice but there were a few things lacking. There was a Jacuzzi bath in the room and the mat supplied by it was still wet. There was no bath mat in the bathroom so floor got wet from the shower.. There were no glasses for water- only mugs for tea/coffee. Nowhere to put soap by the sink. No bedside tables and no bedside lamps. When someone was using the shower above us, or the bath, it was very noisy and you could hear all the water draining away. The pillows were very soft - even with two! Most of these things could be fairly easily rectified.

The room was clean apart from the shower which had not been cleaned (probably a mistake from the cleaners as rest was ok). Good quiet location and shops/ restsurants nearby as well as O2 Islington. Cafe/restaurant underneath the property which served good reasonably priced breakfasts etc (did have gluten free bread). Comfortable bed. No noise from adjoining rooms.Good communication from the host.

TV doesn't work as other guests have said - there is no aieriel so rely on streaming but bandwidth not fast enough to stream. Not really an issue for me

I had very noisy neighbours and had to ask the staff to intervene.

There is one key downside that is beyond the ownership's control which came to light at 4am. There was a group of selfish people with terrible taste in music parked up outside with their drivel blasting from their car, clearly ignorant and uncaring of the disruption of what must been the sleep of many in this residential area. To put it short, it is vulnerable to outside noise, hopefully your stay will not include a nocturnal visit from such undesirables.

It is a small but open space, where some places are confined there's plenty of room to move around. Everything is clean, including the hot tub (didn't have time to use) The bed is comfortable. We didn't need to put the heating on for this February evening, it was warm enough without it.
