Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Ideal location right in the centre of Leamington Spa within very easy walking distance of all shops, bars, restaurants etc. Not so central however that it attracts any noise - in fact our room was extremely quiet which was superb. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Room was excellent - very spacious with two double beds, great bathroom with good shower, lots of storage and actually set apart from the other rooms in the hotel which also ensured we did not suffer with any noise. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of options - help yourself to cereal, yoghurt, fruit juices, toast but with cooked breakfast ordered and brought to your table.

All the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. I am gluten free and have a smallish appetite. My breakfast was superb with the chef understanding my portion sizes on hot plates. All delicious and served with a smile. My husband had an equally excellent breakfast. Overall we were very well looked after. Our room was comfortable with all we needed. Location was perfect.
