WiFi quite slow, video calls cut off from time to time. The nearby field smells bad

Relatively spacious and functioning kitchen cooking for my kids. Netflix was a bonus. Parking is convenient. Ground floor flat was available so no need to carry heavy luggage upstairs.

Beds could have been comfier room situated right by the front door which banged when anybody’s came in and out of the building could hear engine noise from planes taking off so quite noisy patio doors led straight onto the car park which was a shame. Not much around needed to get in the car to shops restaurants ect but takeaways did delivery to the apartment which was good.

Plenty of room ensuite bathroom was a bonus able to control the heating myself was good smart TV an Alexa was a great addition so able to log into own Netflix sofas small but comfortable nice open plan feel big fridge freezer. Customer services were amazing on the phone with any queries overall a very good stay.

Could not cook anything even a slice of toast without the smoke alarms going off, we gave up trying to cook and had to buy microwave meals, smoke alarms fitted are not fit for purpose. No chopping board and very limited amount of cutlery for 4 people, only one wine glass! Guests in the flat above spent most of the time screaming at each other, spitting constantly over the balcony and throwing cigarette butts down, admittedly not in your control but ruined the stay.

Tea and coffee available and washing liquid which I didn't expect.

Very dusty under the sofa (which is an issue with a crawling baby). Water pressure of shower was quite weak.

Good sized rooms and utilities were sufficient. Enough transport links to be well-connected. Grateful for the kitchen staples provided.

These are minor but I think we needed more towels, the shower was difficult to set at a comfortable temp and the stove ignitor malfunctioned one day but other than that it was a pleasant stay.

The size and location were very good, close to Heathrow Airport is why you would want to stay here. We wanted a kitchen with parking and this property delivered. It's also close to petrol and groceries.

It would benefit from mattress protectors for hygiene reasons. The sofabed bedding is stored on the floor in the broom cupboard and should be kept in a sealed bag for hygiene reasons. The kitchen has most basic equipment but would benefit from a serving/mixing bowl and a few other items. A dishwasher is a must and we were surprised there wasn’t one.

Very spacious and very clean except for the bedroom carpets. Excellent management company who reply to all queries courteously and very promptly. Best service I have ever received in the UK.

Smoke Detectors in Kitchen going of while cooking normally; felt a few springs in the mattress while lying down which was uncomfortable

Personally I had big bags I booked the place so I can be closer to the airport not to miss my flight due to London traffic. Climbing the stairs with them was hard, no elevator but it was just one floor. Also paying 200 pounds for damage deposit was quiet a lot. But it’s understandable though. Asides these everything else was good.

The property was clean, nice and comfortable for a short stay. Everything for immediate need was available.

5 min walk plus 15 min bus trip to get to nearest underground. Nearest supermarket 20 min away.

Couple of stains on mattresses looks like fake tan. mattress protectors should be used and cleaned. WIFI too slow to be usable.
