Breakfast selection is very limited - mainly cooked breakfast rather the usual continental buffet selection. Shower in the room looked quite impressive but was pretty weak in terms of flow.

Hotel was in a great location close to City Hall and the main shopping/restaurant areas. Also convenient for the main bus terminal. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. It is a well maintained hotel and very clean throughout

our room was in the original part of the hotel which was fine but there was a metal post( not a pole!) right up through the room which is obviously a structural support… however is was positioned right at my husband side of the bed at head height… we slept with a lamp on in case he tried to get out of the bed during the night as he would definitely have banged into it. I would think there would be an alternative way to position the furniture in the room so the bed could be away from the post.

Staff friendly and helpful, room comfortable and clean, had breakfast and evening meal both excellent. Lovely atmosphere! Look forward to my next stay in September! Highle recommend!

the smell of smoke in reception from people right outside front entrance.

All was very good with our stay friendly helpful staff on arrival. room was very clean and plenty of towels and wash products. friendly Staff in roof top bar the night time and were very helpful recommending cocktail's to us. Breakfast was lovely also .

The lack of a comfortable relaxing space to sit and chat with others during the day. I did not like the residents bar at night, it was extremely loud

Couldn’t work the room A/C so the room was very warm.

Staff friendly and polite. Was able to Check in hours early. And when rooms were ready. Luggage was in my room when I arrived back at the hotel. Nothing was too much.

Great location. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was lovely and clean, bed was super comfy and we couldn't fault this hotel. Breakfast was excellent and loads of choice. We didn't get round to trying the restaurant but if the breakfast was anything to go by, they must be excellent.

Nothing, we had no complaints at all.

The hotel is very central but also quiet at night so you get a good sleep. Reception and concierge staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived early for check in but could leave our luggage so we could get out and explore until our rooms were ready. When we checked in we were given a token for free bubbles in The Loft bar which was a lovely touch and worth popping up to the bar for. The cocktails were also very good. We had a twin and a triple room. The triple room was huge! It was bright, clean and the bathroom was fabulous with a walk in shower and separate bath with shower. It was modern with plenty towels and toiletries. The room itself had a double bed and a single which were very comfy. The room had a fridge with 3 bottles of water (the hotel was happy to provide more free of charge as it was a very hot weekend when we stayed, it was brought to the room by housekeeping within minutes) It had tea coffee, hot chocolate making facilities (and biscuits) provided and an iron and ironing board. We had lunch in the bar which was also super. Overall a very pleasurable stay.
