The listing on booking.com wasn't accurate. Listing stated 2 single beds but room was actually a double bed. Staff tried hard to correct the situation.

Excellent breakfast and the staff were delightful, helpful and friendly.

The accommodation is clean and basic but you have to walk across the landing to the bathroom with a communal sink. not to good if covid was to return. You do have your own shower block which is good though the bedroom was in need of redecoration and refreshing.

The area and scenic views are beautiful also the staff at the Anglesey arms are helpful and friendly. good value full breakfast is excellent.

Breakfast was not in the building but only a few minutes walk away. Parking outside property was impossible. Remote for Tv did not work and headboard on bed was loose.

Cosy room. Fantastic price. Breakfast was great. Staff friendly and helpful. Great supply of beverages in the room. Comfy bed.

Enjoyable short stay with everything I needed at the location

Room was as expected - although a chair to use instead of perching on the bed would be a good addition.

Check in was easy, as described you go to the bar of the Anglesey Hotel. The owner walked to the house which is a short walk (but pleasant). There is some parking outside the accommodation, I was lucky to get a spot both days, had been advised of alternate spaces very nearby. My room was not ensuite, but down a set of steps there is 2x toilet and 2x shower with room numbers. the facilities were clean and stocked with supplies. Good internet connection. A comfortable lounge on the first floor was general use. Towels changed daily and tea tray re-stocked. Breakfast is at the Anglesey hotel, staff very friendly and able to cater to specific dietary requirements, Enjoyed an evening meal, the pub was packed and very, very lively due to its location and having live entertainment outside on a stage. Would recommend.

I understood outside bathroom but did not realise it was on different floor - also to describe it as separate bathroom when you are required to share basin a bit moot. However facilities were fine (hook in shower room would have been good).

    excellent location and staff good

The townhouse is run from/owned by a nearby pub. We had to navigate to the premises, find a car park and then locate the pub to check in - all a bit of a rigamarole and not a smooth process. Breakfast was good but in the pub so more disconnect between the accommodation and the control centre. The staff in the pub were not all fully across the details of the guest house operations and tended to focus on the pub patrons' needs first.

The room was spacious and very pleasant with an outlook to the street and heating/windows we could control/open as necessary. The bathroom was a good size.

Pre advise customers where to park prior to arrival. Took a long time to check in due to a queue at the bar. Mattress in room 1 was very tired, room 3 smelled of smoke/tobacco. Name has changed from Tegfan to Anglesey Townhouse, which made it difficult to locate on the street, I was looking for Tegfan

Welcoming helpful staff on a busy day. Superb location and excellent bar and food facilities at the Angelsey Arms. Tegfan House was quiet and very clean.

The toilet was a bit small, so maybe a larger person might find it a bit of a squeeze.

It was a very peaceful location on a quiet street, but with shops and restaurants close by.. The bed was comfortable with 4 pillows which I was happy about. Good sized tv. Breakfast was good, which was served in the Anglesea Arms, just a couple of minutes walk from the property

Healthier breakfast, some fruit and natural yogurt and proper express coffee would have made it perfect.

The location is stunning, I was in the actual pub with a view over the water. The room was a little tatty but lovely, the windows are huge and they opened which was good. I found the breakfast too fatty for my taste.

We found parking outside the property impossible. Room only reaced by stairs. TV remote did not work. Had to go to seperate establishment for breakfast though not far.

Excellent price for having breakfast included. Good cooked breakfast selection as well as cereals and toast. There was an issue with one of our breakfasts but was quickly remedied

The room was a tad cramped as we had a dog with us and along with the bed and other furniture + a largish dog basket there was very little floor space for us to walk. It was ok for a night or two max . Squeaky floor boards and squeaky bed! Paint was peeling off the walls although the rest of the house did look like it had been freshly decorated and carpeted .The lounge downstairs ( although not used during our stay) also looked very nice !

Great location, staff all very friendly and helpful. The private bathroom to us was most important! (Room 5) Good shower! (some rooms had shared bathrooms) Breakfast was very good, and not bad value for money overall considering what we paid for our stay. Nice quiet location, and we were fortunate to get parking right outside the property each evening. Nice lounge downstairs (but not used) as out most of our stay!

Not very clean and quite noisy with thin walls. That said I think it reflects in the price. I’ve paid more and stopped in worse.
