The location was perfect for us. It was modern and fresh. The only downside was the bathroom door and how hot the apartment was. Other than that it was perfect

We would have preferred not to be on the ground floor as every time someone entered the building you could hear them and obviously we got no views as described in the higher up apartments. I was disappointed that no one got back to me about an earring I lost in the apartment. The message I sent was after I returned home but I have still heard nothing.

The property was in the centre of Keswick which was absolutely brilliant for strolling out in the evening to local bars and restaurants. The property was ample space to relax and was clean.

I'd recommend it in a heartbeat, 10/10 every single time! Now that I'm back home, I can't stop thinking about our stay, it just sticks with you. The vibe was the perfect mix of fresh and cozy right off the bat. When a storm messed with our plans by breaking a window in the room we originally booked, our amazing host quickly upgraded us to a gorgeous 2-bedroom on the ground floor and gave us a heads up way in advance. Walking into that room was like stepping into a warm hug, indescribable really. The place was decked out with the finest touches and it's got me thinking about coming back to work from there remotely. Trust me, the online photos don't even come close to doing it justice. Even though the hotel faces the street, it transforms into a peaceful haven once you're inside. It feels like a magical escape with chic modern details that just dial up the tranquility. Located right in the heart of Keswick town, it's close to everything you'd need.

The only thing we didn’t like was the sheer bathroom sliding doors, one of them wouldn’t slide properly so there wasn’t much privacy in the bathroom. Overall this didn’t impact our stay and we still gave 10/10 it was just something we noticed :)

Great location, very clean, very homely. Love the bath, so big and relaxing! Bed was very comfy and smart tv was great. Great spot for being close to walking and to relax after a fun filled day.

NO COAT HOOKS ANYWHERE!!! 3or 4 coats for walking, cagoules, etc. had to pile them up on the floor and after its been raining NOT practical. PUT hooks up in all your apartments. Please

Could do with complimentary tea and coffee, there were a few marks on walls but didn't affect our stay. The shower was quite small and one of us had to squeeze to get in. Stairs were quite steep to access the top floor. Sofas / chairs could be comfier. Great view of the mountains although windows needed a clean in bedroom as we couldn't see much. Poor TV Signal. But please don't be put off staying here. I just want to make the owners aware of a few minor issues that could be improved upon.

Loved the modern look and colour of the apartment, very clean carpets, and bed. It was very nice to stay in a great location. Modern kitchen appliances are easy to use. Nice touch to not have to carry a key around as it's just padlock.
