Loved the apartment, it was so comfortable, clean and very convenient. All supplies needed were available. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience. Will definitely book this apartment wherever I come to Rotherham. Ps: Damian , you are a star host !!!

None in particular. However, here is some advice for others; 1) When self checking-in, you should use the contactless key to open the front (main entrance) door. At first, I thought that the room door key would open both the front door and the room door like in the old-type flat, and struggled a bit for a while at the entrance. Silly me. 2) The Sky-box connected to the TV via HDMI was not working at first, but by unplugging the plug from the wall socket and plugging it back in, it started working alright. You can tell if it is working or not by the colour of the light on the front of the box: green means working, while orange means not working. When it turns green, make sure that it is connected to free Wi-Fi and that the source is set to 'HDMI1', not 'TV'. Then, you should be able to watch all channels, including BBC and ITV. 3) It might be helpful if there is an instruction about the two remotes, one for the TV and another for the Sky-box, but this is of course a very minor issue. 4) A little bit pricey for one person. Probably suitable for two (or more) people.

The location was very good for my purposes. Bus stops (X78 to Sheffield/Doncaster) are a few minutes' walk away and there is a Farmfoods near the bus stops, where you can get microwavable frozen food. The town centre, TESCO Extra and other shops are a 10-15 minute walk away. Having visited the area not frequently but regularly, I was surprised with all the facilities and cleanliness in the flat. This is not a hotel or B&B, but a normal flat in a building, with other people living in other rooms, but I heard very little noise from them during my stay. I didn't meet the host there, but communication via messages with him was friendly and prompt. Would love to stay here again!

TV didn’t work properly as couldn’t use free view. Could do with some proper bowls for cereal aswell.

Everything about this apartment was very likeable. It was easy to locate, and the parking space was clearly marked, so no confusion about where to park. Getting the key was easy, and the cleanliness was excellent.

Very small, couldn’t get the sky tv to work, loud noise coming from the boiler every 5/10 minutes, shower rail came off the wall, husband had a shower then I went in after and halfway through it went cold which wasn’t good when you had a head full of shampoo, was very uncomfortable, went to cook a pizza in the oven and the tray and rack were dirty and had old food on them so had to clean them before we ate, we rang the company a number of times and messaged them and no one got back to us, was really disappointed especially when the price wasn’t cheap, glad we only stayed one night, also the apartment was in a block of flats and when you first walk into the the main door there was a awful smell which lingered into the apartment maybe that’s why there’s plug in air fresheners in the sitting room and bedroom which I had to turn off as it was over powering in a small apartment and wasn’t good for my asthma, would not stay here again, had no help when needed
