The only thing I can point out is that the location is in the very center, so it can be noisy. In the apartment the bed could have been bigger. And the last one is the reservation process, information about the deposit is not on the first page, and you cannot cancel the reservation if you do not find the deposit, ID scanning, and the contract that has to be signed without the possibility of amendments. You have to accept what it is. In general, I understand why it is done for a long stay, but not for 2-3 days.

Generally nice place, everything as should be and matching Booking.com information.

There is very little not to like.

A very comfortable apartment with little balcony overlooking the alfresco area of the restaurants next door. Beautifully presented with a fantastic amount of space, much better than a hotel room and for a similar price.

If your aim is to wake up at 4am for morning walks, then the noise from the restaurant might bother you. I am a bit anxious about the £250 deposit and the privacy issues around uploading a copy of my driving license, but that in itself is no different from big hotel chains. For the record I did receive my full deposit back 3 days after my stay ended, so I personally have no reason to believe that they have any bad intentions.

The property is mostly self service. A long instruction was sent, presumably automatically, with a list of codes to use at each gate, door and lock box. Apart from a slight confusion about the parking gate code, everything worked fine and was greeted with a clean and well stocked 1 bedroom flat. As others have pointed out, our flat fronted the Thai restaurant below full of music and chatters, but when we were there they close at 10pm each night and things quickly quiet down afterwards, so we did not find it troublesome. The location is a stone throw from everything. Taking a boat to Brownsea Island or Wareham is a 2 min walk. Sainsburys Local is opposite should you need your sun block. Restaurants and pubs surrounds you. The only exception may be Sandbanks, but you would've been charged a lot more handsomely had that been the case. All in all we had a great time there, and is definitely interested in returning.

Bed a little smaller than we are used to but only minor issue, main thing is it’s comfy which it very much was.

Lovely apartment finished to a high standard. All equipment high quality. Great location so handy for the quay and restaurants. Fairly noisy in the evenings but that’s to be expected in a busy high street location and it didn’t bother us. Felt very safe. Communication from host was great. Bed super comfy with a Hypnos mattress. Would stay again.

We could not get the bathroom towel rail to work. Shower temperature was a bit erratic but that could have been user error! Top shelves in kitchen are hard to reach unless you are quite tall. A small stepping stool would be useful.

The flat was perfect for a few days bird watching around Poole Harbour and for a trip to Brownsea Island. Instructions and information about flat access were good. The flat was very clean. We run our own holiday let and this was as good as we try to be!

There was no kettle and microwave in the apartment .I had to ask staff to provide kettle .We spend my stay without microwave,exxpected all appliances to be in apartment when i arrive, i was so disappointed .
