Checkout was a little early for us at ten o’clock so unfortunately missed breakfast and had to get straight up and off after a late night on the town

The best place I have ever stayed in Blackpool. Clean and the staff who are a family business were amazing. Had to leave early due to a dog emergency so didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast so looking forward to returning soon to enjoy it next time!

No food offering in evening. Understand it was not in season, but something even a limited menu would have been nice

From where do I start? From the minute we set foot in this cosy, beautiful and warm hotel we were welcomed with lovely smiles and happy faces! The stay was awesome in more ways than one but what truly surprised us was the huge goodie bag full of fruit, drinks, sweets that they gave us since we were going to miss our breakfast due to an early flight. They literally thought of every little detail like including 2 teaspoons so that we could eat the yogurts! We were absolutely blown away by this kind gesture. Truly a one of a kind hotel!

Not much we didn’t like did get really hot in the room during the night but not really a big issue.

The only fault we had was room 15 only had a tiny window you couldn't look out, after going to reception they were happy enough to move us to room 12 which was gorgeous.

The staff were fab especially the gentleman at the bar who always had a smile on his face nothing was a hassle to him, breakfast was lovely every morning bonus the beds were the comfiest beds we've ever slept on 😁

Heating was on the entire time in the room and radiators difficult to turn off/down.

Really handy for south pier which is the best place for kids. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Very clean too.

The negative for us was that the heating was always on, so the building was really warm. The room we had the radiator could not be turned off as there was no thermostat on it.

The staff were great and very helpful, Richard sorted out parking for us when there was none available.

The only bad thing id say was the blinds in the room were poor quality & let a lot of light in, also not very clean.

There wasn’t really anything that we didn’t like as it was amazing we just felt the room we was given was small but we are a very lively family but no fault of the hotel

The hotel is amazing the owners are fantastic and make you feel very comfortable and welcome the hotel is very clean and definitely somewhere that is ideal for families with small children as it very quiet and calm and easy to access the trams in to the busy points of Blackpool.

Very friendly staff...got greeted at the door.. always friendly willing to help in anyway...Great breakfast...can take your own food into the bar...was decent place to stay...should be more that a 3 star 🌟...I would definitely stay there again...
