Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomStayed in room 10. Would benefit from soundproofing as could hear everything that was going on in the room next door. No earplugs provided. So bought some for our second night. Asked to book a breakfast slot. Yet a bit chaotic. Prefer to help ourselves to juice, cereal etc. having to order everything from staff was adding to their pressure and each person in the dining room was missing something from their order. Not even salt & pepper on the tables. And design of chairs made it difficult sitting at the tables if somebody was on the table next to you. Just not enough room to pull out your chair.
Quiet location, nice interior decor, some local bars & eateries close by.

United KingdomVery good breakfast but you were asked to choose time at check in…not a prob but pointless as majority of guests seem to choose same time. No self service even for juice, cereal etc so you have to ask for everything.
Lovely large, comfortable room. Close to street full of shops and good places to eat. Easy stroll into city centre. Fridge in room, milk and water provided.

We stayed at this hotel last night and it was one of the loviest places we have stayed for a long time. Everything about staying here was perfect. The service was great, people very hospitable and the rooms were really comfy, lots of extras, free safe, mini fridge with milk and water, big bed and very comfy, shower was really nice and it was very quiet. The breakfast was amazing and Chester was 10 min walk away. The Shanghai chines across the road was 10 star, it was one of the loviest sweet and sour meals we have ever had, the service was also brilliant, we travel a lot and its very rare that you get a hotel, food, location and feeling comfortable all at once, sometimes one thing is missing but not here, we will definitely be back and have already suggested it to our wider family. Thank you Jack and Dillion.
