Attentive staff. Beautiful bar area and a glass of complimentary champagne. The whole hotel was stunning and elegant and smelt divine. I loved the stairwell.

We were going to a concert at the AO arena so location was great for shops during day and restaurants / food venue at night.

The style of this hotel is stunning. The original details throughout with 30’s styling make for a real in of a kind feel. The location is perfect for exploring the city. The staff are all outstanding and cannot do enough to help. We stayed in a standard room but it was still quirky and interesting and more than ample space for a short stay. Spotless throughout. Will be back without hesitation.

Lovely little city centre hotel where the friendly staff go above and beyond Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre but only a 5min walk to the arndale centre Lovely touch with a welcoming complimentary glass of champagne Staff are welcoming and helpful and a credit to the hotel

Not a complaint just something to bare in mind - We weren't aware a £100 deposit would be taken, however I received it back within a day or so. Understandable why they take a deposit once you see the room!

The most luxurious stay! Heated flooring in the bathroom was a lovely touch. Staff were really friendly and accomodating and the location is perfect, while you're in your room it feels completely out of the way of the town centre but actually so close to everything!

We feel the welcome area with ivory chairs looks very tired and a little grubby, this would really benefit from a makeover as the rest of the hotel is fabulous

It's a beautiful building, wonderful atmosphere. The staff were very friendly at all times. Can not recommend the stock exchange enough. Look forward to staying again.

There was nothing we didn’t like. Don’t change a thing!

Everything about this hotel is perfection. The guided tour by the concierge upon check in was brilliant as we love to know the history behind a building, especially one so iconic. The rooms were beautifully decorated, really tasteful and elegant. The dining room was phenomenal, the breakfast exquisite and fantastic value for money. The staff were wonderfully attentive and treated all guests equally, making everyone feel welcome. All of the details down to the heated bathroom floor and even the beautiful smelling toiletries, made it one of the best (if not the best) stay we’ve had in any hotel. And the coaster we were gifted is absolutely great and has a pride of place on my bedside table. This stay was for our anniversary and it couldn’t have been made to feel anymore special. Thank you!
