You cannot guarantee he weather in North Wales but we have no complaints.

Great location. Very handy for Caernarfon, Conway, Anglesey, Porthmadog, and Snowdonia. Flat was small but well planned and very clean, and had everything we needed. Outside space had views of Anglesey in to the North and Snowdonia to the South. Owners were extremely helpful and friendly.

No wardrobe - for a short stay this is no problem. Sitting outside, you could hear the traffic of the A487.

Lovely studio with a sheltered terrace behind the house. Tastefully furnitured and decorated. Friendly and helpful hosts. Very good position to explore the region (mountains - beaches - Angelesey).

We found the bed being up against the wall quite awkward (we should have realised this as it is shown on the website). We stayed for a fortnight so found storage space quite limited.

The Studio provided a convenient base to explore North Wales and Anglesey. The hosts were next door to the studio so on hand to deal with any problems. The Studio was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Plenty of parking space. The hosts were friendly and helpful but not intrusive.

If we were being really picky we would mention the dusty extractor fan grille in the bathroom which we gave a wipe down, one of the bowls in the kitchen still had a bit of food on it and there were a few spiders and webs present. On the whole though, this place was very nice and we would happily stay there again!

The apartment is light, bright, and airy, it is well equipped and is situated in a great location. The beautiful views surrounding the property are a bonus. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.

Great stay, very friendly host. Always made a effort to say hi and be helpful (although we were in a rush most of the time). Easy to get a taxi into Caernarfon around £15 or get the bus in for a few quid (every couple of hours- 5mins walk)

Cute little cottage. Beautifully decorated. Great facilities. Clean. Great little kitchen with all utensils, crockery, cooking equipment etc needed provided. Comfortable, quiet stay. Loved the Welsh cakes and jam left for us. About 20 minute drive to Snowdon. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely nothing

This is the first time we stayed at a self catering place rather than b&b and it was amazing. The scenery was stunning, location very central to loads of places to visit. The studio flat was nice and roomy and had every amenity you could wish for, the bed was comfortable, shower good. At the end of the day it was a wonderful, relaxing place to come back to., so homely. The landlords were always at hand with recommendations or help. Highly recommended.

The studio was well designed with lovely decor. It was clean, well maintained and well equipped. Location was good as was the view. A great ace to relax and ecire the regions many attractions. Loved the welcome Welsh cakes?

Nothing other than the directions provided, not the fault of the owners. The studio is part of Cefn Eithin holidays which has a caravan / camping site as well. If in doubt, head to Gwynedd boat and caravan storage and you can't miss it. There is a gate which you have to open to access the property.

So the accommodation is self contained, lovely full kitchen area , table to sit down and eat, microwave and fridge. The main area has the bed and tv with Netflix which is a bonus. The bed is super comfortable! The bathroom is a good size and the shower was hot, although the owner said it had been temperamental it was well behaved for us. The room was cleaned to a very high standard and was just lovely. You can park a car right outside which is always a bonus. No complaints at all. Well based for Caernarfon. The two owners were lovely genuine people, both are highly knowledgeable about the local area.

It’s was really cold in the studio upon arrival. Cold on arrival, take your wolly jumpers.. The bed was really uncomfortable. Layout not great as sofa was actually positioned under the tv. And tv too small to watch from the bed.

Location very nice, if you want somewhere out of the way. Beautiful studio apartment. Nicely furnished.very friendly dog coming into the studio whenever the door was open.
