Our room was too small and the twin beds were too small, especially for the price. You could also hear noise from other people’s rooms if they had their doors open.

Beautiful location and very light and airy because of the lovely large windows.

Two of the recetionists out of four weren't friendly at all and didn't even smile. The other two were more welcomig which made up for it..

Excellent location. The Spa is really good and it was not specially busy. Beautiful views from the Spa and the restaurant. Perfect destination for a relaxing weekend. The stuff very good and kind. Good facilities, and rooms big and clean.

Our room was extremely comfortable but on a corner location with no views However as we were only staying 1 night I can understand that

The breakfast was superb and we had the most attentive & pleasamt waitress looking after us.Breakfaat menu excellent Spa is a real treat too and all rooms beautifully furnished Reception staff too extremely obliging

No air conditioning in the room and for a 4 star hotel you would at least expect a Smart TV. Even Premier Inn rooms have Smart TVs as standard.

The beds were comfortable. The private decking outside the room. The spa was amazing and the treatments we had were so relaxing.

Beautiful spa hotel sitting on the top of the hill at my favourite childhood beach with mesmerising views from the outdoor whirl pool jacuzzi. Staff were very helpful and pleasant and the rooms were lovely clean and cosy

Amazing. Fantastic facilities in the spa and hotel, really helpful staff and beautiful, comfortable rooms. All the staff were brilliant but a special mention to Louise in the spa for going out of her way to support a member of our group with mobility issues using the spa. She made the experience really easy and was extremely kind and helpful!

Our room 203 was not good. This was a spa hotel, intended for relaxation.However, we discovered the kitchen extractor fans were located near our room and on from around 8.30 am and didn't go off until after 9.30pm.- not conducive to relaxation! When we complained we were offered a move but only at our own expense to an upgrade of £150 per night, which we felt was quite cheeky to be honest!! Its hardly our fault that the fans are on so long! We do not intend coming again.

Fire alarm at 4.30am

Everything about the hotel was lovely the welcome reception and all the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The food and the facilities were excellent. The box of chocolates was a special touch
