The room was really lovely and clean, it was nice and modern. We liked the little facilities at the entrance. The staff were really friendly. It was in the perfect location and parking was easy too at citipark.

It was close to public transport such as the bus and tram line. It was a clean property with everything you need for the kitchenette including dishwasher tablets, wine glasses, mugs, and sponge. The staff were very attentive. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of cold juices and hot coffee and tea. There was plenty of choose from including pastries, cereals, hot English breakfast. It was worth the money.

We had an amazing 2 nights here . The front desk staff were very pleasant and welcoming . The kitchen team were particularly lovely. I’d like to specially mention Sandi and Nikki for the efforts they had made to make our breakfast that much more special . They had bent over backwards to make sure my little girl had her dietary requirements met . To the chef , who was in the background - thank you. I’m definitely coming back .

Arrived early, and the room was ready. There is plenty of space in our room with nice big towels :) The food was good!

When we went into the room, there was an unpleasant smell and we had to leave the door open for about an hour. Luckily the cleaners were about and sprayed something on the carpet which alleviated the smell a bit In the morning, the breakfast was very good but the area the breakfast is in is far too small and people kept asking me to move so they could get past

The room was spacious and looked clean. The bed was really comfy. The hot water was really lovely and hot and the tea and coffee making facilities were good. The breakfast was very good

Our room was opposite the door to the elevator and the door made a loud noise everytime someone opened it which kept waking us up in the morning

The room was lovely, comfy bed, kitchenette had everything you needed and the toiletries were nice. The breakfast was very good too.

A window had been left open. I woke at 0230 with this banging sound. It was difficult to find the cause. Hence I slept very badly. It was no one’s fault though.

The staff, in particular Mr Mohamed and the early morning staff were excellent. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Also the breakfast is superb. The rooms are lovely and clean. It’s centrally located.

Large room ,plenty of space. No noise. Excellent in room fascilities well equipped although not all used. Very pleasant heplfull staff. Excellent central location for our purpose. I'm sure we'll be back.
