Outside the caravan was all churned up and muddy with the rain however that can't be helped.

Had a delay in getting deposit back due to the owner saying the cleaner had a few issues and needed dates of our stay but was all sorted in the end. Happy overall as it's understandable if someone misused the place after our stay, surely the owner needed our dates we stayed so deposit was paid back once sorted.

It was a lovely stay nice quite site was lovely and warm heating was great comfortable and clo se to all facilities ie park shops arcades great little place would recommend the owner is very responsive and helpful recommend to anyone will be booking again soon

Caravan was too old. Sofa and the carpets were smelly to the point I started coughing after a whole. The host didn't provide me with code so I had to stay somewhere else for the first night. No wifi, no tissue roll. Very bad experience

I was very disappointed when I got there the guy gave me the wrong key code had me waiting in the cold and rain with a 3 year old for about 20min when it saying parking it’s got a mod swamp I get it’s nothing to do with the guy but don’t advertise they is parking it’s riped my bummer off my brand new BMW then inside wasn’t very clean the was no hot water so we couldn’t have a shower a prison cell have more facilities what works

Step was broken to enter caravan it was like a mud swamp outside the caravan the gate didn’t lock properly the twin bedroom door was hanging off witch I find that really unsafe as my two year old daughter was staying in there there was no room for the travel cot and it was all dirty and dusty The boiler cupboard was peeling away when we contacted the owner he said he knew but was out of season we had to have a shower and shower the kids were our family members were staying as the water was just trickling and going boiling and freezing when we got there the man said we had to pay a deposit even though we paid on here there was only 4 plugs that worked in the full caravan all the locks on the doors in the caravan the catches were broke this is the worst experience of a holiday for me and my family have ever been on ever we’re really really disappointed I do have a lot more photos and video of the caravan and the outside if you would like me to send them over

The parking was difficult, especially when the grounds wet, its extremely muddy. There wasn't a working hoover. The hot water pressure was poor.

Rude owner, you won't get deposit back if you are foreigner, obviously he is the racist. He got flooded kitchen on our check in day, we late to check in because of car issue on the road., and when we came to location, I contact with him to ask where is the key, he literally was yelling on me, was rude and impolite. Like a first time renting caravan for weekend, it was unpleasant experience for me. Instead of telling us how does work check in process step by step , we had to ask him all necessary things like where is the key, what is code, what is wifi password. The lack of communication is huge on his part. I and my two kids, we literally left the caravan in the same condition like we found. And we still didn't receive deposit back. Thats sad. Be careful, maybe someone who's will deal with that person will be more lucky than me. Only one thing i liked was location.

The door to the master bedroom would not close. I contacted the Caravan owner JAY WILLIAMSON when we had vacated the caravan to ask about the return of my deposit, this continued for the next 3 days, I was fobbed off from him saying he was either at work or busy elsewhere at the moment, I told him I had sent my bank details twice to him but he said he hadn't received them, so I said I would give them to him over the phone in which he replied he was now going out.....???? He was very abrupt, aggressive, and extremely rude and said I'd accused HIM of lying about not receiving the bank details. Eventually after 3 days of rude & aggressive behaviour I got my deposit back from this extremely intimidating LITTLE man. I wonder if I was a MAN would he OF acted in such a disgusting way.... I really do not think so..... SHOCKING!!!! Would DEFINITELY NOT recommend this Caravan to anybody, disgusting. We all felt so dirty and couldn't stop scratching when we left..... Dustmites..... Or maybe something else??? Wipe your feet on the way out RANK 😡

As we arrived at the caravan itself I was NOT happy at the paving slabs which were just placed on the grass they were very uneven and loose to step on, it was not a proper pathway...... So the children were not allowed outside because of how dangerous they were. There were 3 chairs on the patio area my 3 year old Grandchild sat on one of them and went straight through it.... frightened him to death... NOT HAPPY!!! so I checked the others and they were ALSO Broken. It clearly stated on booking.com there was a £50 CASH damages deposit, so I assumed we would have to give it to someone on the site, but when we arrived I had to ring the owner of the Caravan for the key code, only to be told I had to send the £50 to his bank then he would send me the code. This was done promptly by text message. Was puzzled at why it had said Cash deposit?? Inside cleanliness was a BIG ISSUE, carpets very dirty, duvets, pillows all heavily stained.... The Double socket in the lounge area did not work as I tried charging my phone overnight. Water from the taps in the kitchen was very slow to come out. Kitchen drainer very dirty. Cups dirty & stained. Inside kitchen cupboards very dirty. The gas certificate for the property was out of date. Shower room was filthy seemed like it hadn't been cleaned for months. The drain to the shower was blocked so there was a build up of dirty water in the tray which stunk. There was no curtain / blind on the shower room window, it was frosted glass but you could still see through it. In the Master bedroom the blind had a large hole in it so you could see into the room from outside .

as i said the parking was dangerous and the lack of facilities.

the ground was flooded and all the slabs were lifting and my car was sinking in the ground and where the caravan was situated it was very tight to move the car and plus it kept sinking in the mud,no iron hoover was broken no room to me around the beds and a few other things aswell,very dissapointed and won't goback again.could not get to the car without steppin in the and i.tripped over the slabs twice not very good health and safety wise wher we had to park slabs moving all over the place not good at all .
