Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaUnexpected Visitor We were relaxing around 4pm, watching TV when there was a knock at the door. Before we had chance to answer, a cleaner entered the room. This could have been uncomfortable if we were undressed. She didn't speak any english either so we couldn't work out what she wanted. Heating/ Cooling Room heating came on automatically during the night to 25 degrees so woke up hot and stuffy.
Rooms are lovely. This is our second stay here as it is so convenient. Will continue to use in the future too. Able to pop next door for food and drinks. Plenty of parking (paid).

United StatesWe took a taxi from airport, a regular black cab, it was half the cost of what the hotel booked the next day. Do not book cab through hotel call your own. Had seen where the mini vans were more no one mentioned that they had booked through hotel.
Everything. Location, comfort and cleanliness. Breakfast was outstanding. Many choices hot or cold. Nice Happy Hour from 18:00 to 19:00.

United StatesWe reserved a king suite and were assigned an "accessible" king suite. While we understand that the hotel reserves the right to do this, the extra shower equipment and shower setup is inconvenient if you don't need it. The "roll-in" shower gets the entire bathroom floor wet, so we had to mop it up with towels to avoid a slipping hazard.
Room was spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. Buffet breakfast was excellent! Hotel location is close to the airport and walking distance to several good restaurants.

United StatesLocation is good, but a shuttle would help. Nearest underground station is at Heathrow airport and a shuttle would take 5 minutes. No shuttle and the taxi/uber fare is 15 dollars.

They need to work on this and do a better job. Other than that it’s my go to when I need to stay at Heathrow

Nice clean, comfortable hotel close to Heathrow. We had a late flight into London (Luton) and were flying out the next day from Heathrow, and this was exactly what we needed at the end of a long trip. The room was comfortable, the staff was very kind and accommodating, and the included breakfast was very good (much better than expected). If you are looking for a quick place to stay near the airport, I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Our room was upgraded, thank you. We stayed only one night but the room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The staff in the dining room were very pleasant and helpful, especially Sandra and Alija. Overall it was an excellent experience and I would definitely stay there again.

his hotel is very convenient if you need to catch an early flight at Heathrow. I've tried a number of hotels in the Heathrow area, and this is by far the best. One thing I like most is that they offer a variety of free hot drinks on the ground floor 24/7. The staff is helpful.
