Not a thing!

From start to end, this mini-holiday with the Beach Front Guest House was exceptional. We arranged to check in a bit earlier, were upgraded to their best room, and the breakfasts were fit for royalty. We made good use of the balcony overlooking the sea to enjoy a glass of wine or three, as you do, watching the sea and the world go by. Room 4 was gorgeous and we'd love to just move in and have these wonderful ladies take care of us.

The propety was beautifully decorated and it was incredibly clean and tidy. It also felt very safe and in a great location. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and were always more than happy to help. The full English breakfast cooked was absolutely delicious. This is a must stay - Guest house. I will be returning.

To us, the pillows were a bit overstuffed for comfort so I ended up sleeping without but that is purely personal.

The staff were lovely, from being greeted in a very friendly manner by Selina, to a farewell to the lady who cooked breakfast. The room was clean and they had made great use of a small space to get an ensuite in. There were lots of towels supplied and some lovely smelling shower gel. It was just a welcoming place altogether. We were given recommendations for restaurants (and a discount) and there were plenty of leaflets available for attractions in the area.

The house was lovely and the host very friendly. We enjoyed breakfast, which was well prepared. The stairs to the third floor are a bit of a challenge for those less able, but the blurb warned about that.

Second stay at Beach Front Guest House, and again a wonderful stay. Very friendly staff, parking facility, excellent English breakfast (just perfect...), clean room, good bed, etc... We would certainly recommend and book again!

We had a perfect stay at the Beach Front, the staff were so kind and friendly, we felt very welcome and relaxed. The hotel is very clean and fresh and in perfect condition. The location is extremely nice, right in front of the sea and the hotel is so so cute! We were able to pick up the key early as we were busy during the check in times and this was really great for us! Breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked to order. Parking available just round the corner for free. Couldn't fault anything at all, thanks to the whole team, especially Selina and the lovely staff at breakfast!!

We had no issues at all with the guesthouse, it’s perfect. We booked a standard double which was perfect for this visit but would treat ourselves to a bigger room for our next stay!

The property was absolutely perfect for our stay, located on the seafront, with fantastic views and plenty of restaurants and cafes. The guesthouse was beautifully decorated, modern, comfortable and so clean. The breakfasts were amazing, so lovely to have such good freshly prepared food and so much choice! And Selena and her wonderful staff made our stay so memorable and comfortable and we will definitely be returning and totally recommending this wonderful guesthouse!
