The middle bed was just so uncomfortable and the toilet seat was not working good and same for the locker of my number

It’s very well located, it’s fair for the price! The things were cleaned, the Wi-Fi was working good, the breakfast was also fine for the price!

The toilets should have been cleaned more regularly. When i arrived they were very nice, but after 4 days they were pretty dirty and that did not change until i left after a week.

BEDs are NOT comfortable ...they are creeky as hell, you wont be able to sleep if u are a light sleeper as anyone in upper bunk or lower bunk turning will move the entire bunkbed. dont go there if you plan a proper nights sleep. the front desk is hopeless and doesnt care about customers enquiries (not welcoming/warm rather frustrated) they was clueless about pub crawl and even upon asking they didnt seem to know about it. These were highligted and showcased as very social hostel which isnt the case except for the pub/disco next door.

Party atmosphere at the club next door only on weekends while weekdays are dead.

I stayed at St Christopher Inn in Paris and loved it. When i discovered that it was close to the location i was visiting in London, i didn't hesitate to book it. i was not disappointed- the location was great, security was top notch, it was quite clean (in comparison to other hostels), and it was comfortable for a four-night stay.

Customer service is very systematic in order to accommodate a large number of customers. Therefore there is no customer satisfaction. E.g. they don't try to create a space for just one bicycle overnight.

No communal areas other than the bar downstairs, but if one is aware of this beforehand, then the hostel meets expectations.

Helpful staff, clean rooms. Curtained beds provide a very private personal sleeping space. Handy charging points for every guest.

The hostel does offer lockers, but you need to bring your own padlock. Otherwise, they'll charge you 5£ per day. And the facilities were not very organised and clean.

Great location, near to bus stops and underground station, which makes it easier to travel around the city. The pod was great, but the room itself was dark and not very clean.

Bunk beds don’t have much vertical space, I was constantly craining my neck when not lying down. The door to my room on the first night was jammed but I think it might have been the other guests.

Really great hostel, super affordable price in an otherwise unaffordable city. Good locker sizes provided and plenty of shared facilities so you’re never waiting.

we did unfortunately find some bedbugs in the bed while we stayed there which the staff were awesome about washing our things! Though the toilets and bathrooms weren’t the cleanest/topped up with tp and we were really disappointed with the kitchen facilities as we thought maybe it could be a bit more outlined
