The caravan was acceptable but a bit dated the main issue is your requested to transfer the owner £50 deposit but I wish I had read previous reviews , The deposit has not been returned up till now various promises and excuses from owner , I would recommend to avoid dealing with this owner as Iv now contacted Booking.com who’s investigating the situation and failing a positive outcome from that I will be commencing legal action to recover our deposit plus costs

I WAS ABLE TO BOOK AND MY MONEY FOR THIS CARAVAN FOR 2 NIGHTS WAS TAKEN, UPON ARRIVAL WITH MY 3 SMALL GRANDCHILDREN THE CARAVAN PARK WAS CLOSED AND DID NOT OPEN UNTIL 1ST MARCH. MY GRANDCHILDREN WERE VERY DISSAPOINTED AND I HAD TO FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE WITH FAMILY ROOM WHICH WASN'T EASY WITH A 10 MONTH 4 YEARS, 7 YEARS GRANDCHILDREN AND A HUSBAND WITH DEMENTIA. I WAS VERY DISSAPOINTED AND STRESSED AS I HAD PROMISED MY GRANDCHILDREN AND DIDN'T WANT TO LET THEM FDOWN SO I HAD TO PAY AN EXTRA £270 FOR A FAMILY ROOM AT A HOTEL

The caravan is filthy. There are personel belongings strewn accross the entire van. There are pans and crockery left out, there is no bedding, the site is closed and the property is unfit for purpose.

**DO NOT USE** What should have been a memorable 2 days celebrating daughters birthday has been shadowed by the fact the host feel the need to scam you out of your security deposit. Absolute disgrace of society.

All the bed mattress was too old. While sleeping you can feel every coil of spring poking of every turns and moves. These mattresses must be replaced. These ruins a comfortable rest and sleep. The cooker also very old. Cooker needs to be replaced as well. If these are fulfilled any one would rate 10/10 i recommend the host to make these changes. The contact number of host was given but contact number didn't work at all. I called few times and kept cutting off. Also the postcode doesn't take you to correct destination. With the postcode provided i ended up in another holiday park. That was waste of Time. Then i used coastfields on sat nav and that worked.

The size of the caravan was perfect for us. It was close the front of the caravan site. When we arrived we had the wrong pin code but the owner was quick to respond with the right one. I would highly recommend this caravan x

We was asked if we wanted an early day for £30 as we work we wasn't sure if we would make it. Got there the day extra to not being able to get in van. Was given another van for night. Went to original van next morning had no toilet to use all day until nearly 10 at night. Next day plumber came to fix toilet seat but broke screw so had another full day till 7pm without toilet seat so could not be used. 2 days spoilt. Now got home and have not been given £50 deposit back and asked to pay £105 as had to be put in her other van which we were not told it would cost this. I would never had stayed at that price as was very old van. I said I didn't have a problem with paying the extra £30 but now told I owe £105. Will never book through this company again.

We stayed for 2 nights in April and paid a £50 damage deposit. The host kept promising to refund it then completely stopped replying to my messages. Booking.com customer services have stepped in after me chasing for 2 months. Avoid for this reason.

The caravan and site was good for families. Good location. Enjoyed our stay just not the hassle afterwards!

Caravan was dirty and they wanted to charge us £5 per bed for bedding so we took our own. Also wanted to charge us £60 for access to the onsight facility's for 2 days, I went to reception and its cheaper to do it that way. She has charged me a security deposit and is now ignoring me so I can get it back . I would avoid this place.

Paying £50 on top of booking still not got it back to date very disappointed in service site prices on top also very expensive £50 for 4 nights £90 for 6 this you also have to pay at least a week in front

Loved location first night fantastic second night very cold no hot water no heat loved Ingoldmells would stop again but not with this vender as she has let us down very badly book at own risk as for fre draw has entered us in for after all the lies over last 3 weeks think I will give it a miss
