Boiler didn't work no hot water or heating. Only one toilet and not enough crockery for a house full of people

Great size with 4 bedrooms can sleep 9 people. But there is not enough crockery or seats and the boiler works intermittently. But at £130 per night for the whole house it was value gor money Lovely owner great communication

Sadly, no toilet paper on arrival but was soon sorted.

Couldnt get hot water and radiators are cold , a quick call to the owner sorted it all out .

The PIR light needs to stay on longer so you can enter the key code I had to keep waving my arm to activate it and it too 8 waves to enter just 4 digits due to security scrambling, There is no anti slip bath mat. No kitchen towel. No sugar as some kid seems to have torn all the sugar tubes off and emptied the sugar last time I stayed so this time there was no sugar. The unmade road has no light . I parked on the street as there is little space to turn and the unmade road was all potholes.

Nearly everything and certainly the peace to get on with work unlike a noisy hotel.

Could not get the TV sound for the News nor get the heating to come on early. Bath had no non slip mat to enable me to bath.

Wifi, washing machine and dryer and all necessary kitchen utensils. Peace and quiet to get on with my work.

Other than a few cobwebs lingering in corners the only other thing would be there's only one bathroom for 4 bedrooms which I appreciate isn't a massive issue but that's the only negative I'd say.

Great hosts. Very welcoming and friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Lovely big house with good size rooms and decent facilities.

General location was prefect to all family members in Middlesbrough. Very quiet neighbourhood. Spacious accommodating 5 adults and 3 kids. Owner responded quickly to any of our queries and put us at ease. Would enjoy staying there again.

Toilet Seat was loose and no kitchen towel….. We were fine otherwise but No Downstairs toilet as large groups may struggle to accommodate . Lots of tiny ants in the living room .

There weren't any mirrors in the bedrooms, which made it difficult to get ready/dry hair. The code provided for the key safe was incorrect.

I know it's not anyone's fault that boiler was broken But was sorted out by evening by the landlord

The landlord was very helpful as on the 2Nd day had problem with boiler and had no hot water But it was early morning as we had to leave by7.45am So couldn't have a shower. As soon as we informed him, he was at the place within 10min and try to sort it out but couldn't So he got the engineer and by evening got sorted it out We thank him for that

After a long drive and a busy wedding we got to the property quite late. Getting in wasn’t a problem after eventually finding the property as the postcode provided to me to a different road. The Heating wasn’t working so it was cold on the night. The hot water wasn’t working either. I had to ring the host in the morning and got told to check the pressure in the boiler and then told how to fix it. He did offer to come around to do it but with a house with kids in there it wasn’t ideal so did it myself. The toilet was dirty when we got there which was very disappointing.

House is nice for a family.

We arrived at the property to huge amounts of smelling rubbish all piled up outside the back doors. There were chicken bones and stuff lying all besides thw rubbish outside. There were still rubbish and food stuff in the fridge from the previous people.
