Lovely apartment with all the facilities you need. Ideally situated for a trip to the theatre. Very secure and the parking was a definite plus.

Lounge could be improved - very soft.

Very clean and comfortable one bedroom unit. Kitchen has everything you'd need for a stay. Fridge. Cooktop, oven, dish washer, washing machine - all good quality and working. Lounge room is quite good - whilst the lounge could be better there was good wiFi and TV - free to air and app. Streaming etc. Bedroom was very comfortable. Very good double (queen??) size bed. Iron and ironing board and clothes cupboard. There is a shower in bath arrangement, with a bath a possibility.

We were met at gates by our host. Who took us round and explained everything. The flat was super roasty. The shower was hot. The mattress was firm. We felt safe. It wasn’t noisy

Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment on the ground floor with an allocated parking lot in the basement. Conveniently located in Chinatown area with lots of shops and eateries. Checked in and out was easy. Communication with host/staff was promptly answered.

The mixer tap of the shower does not work properly. It was almost impossible to control the water temperature and we managed only to shower with lukewarm water. Also, a face/hand towel per guest in addition to the bath towel would have been great.

Great location and secure parking. The property is located at the heart of Birmingham Chinatown. It is within short walking distance to many famous landmarks of the city.

If I had to (and this is nitpicking) I would say the shower was not as good as I had hoped. The water pressure was not great, and the "hot" water on full could generously be called "tepid".

Clean & well furnished. Comfortable and homey without feeling like someone else's home. Soft blanket in the living room was an especially nice touch.

Bed mattress was very hard to sleep on. That is my personal preference, if you like hard mattress it's great, sadly I did not have a good sleep.

Amazing customer service. Helpful, friendly staff who are going an extra mile to make customers have the most comfortable stay. Thank you! Clean apartment, great location, free parking. We really enjoyed our stay.

Only 2 soft pillows and no spares so had to use sofa pillows for a better night sleep. Duvet covers and bed sheet are cheap and not the most comfortable.

Secure, underground parking was great. A delightful lady met us and showed us to the apartment. Communication before arriving was excellent. Clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment.

Small things like, no hand towels or tea towels to dry your dishes. The hoover was full to the brim of hair and dust and was stuck together with sellotape, so that probably needs looking into and the shower head wouldn’t stay in the holder when the water was on, so showering was a little tricky. Only one pillow provided, needed 2 and the mattress was very hard.

The property was in good condition overall. Had a nice sofa and table to eat at and a well designed kitchen. Outdoor space as well which was a great bonus. WIFi was good.
