The toliet door lock is broken. The shower heads in the showers dont hold up properly. mattress was really, really bad springs were going into my back really poor.

The listing on booking.com said that there was a sitting room and tumble dryer, there wasn't. The kettle element was black and made the apartment smell of burning when switched on, this was replaced on my final night. There wasn't much cooking equipment (no baking trays). There was no fire blanket or fire extinguisher in the property. The gas went off during the night and the apartment was cold the following day, when I complained the staff asked me to go into another room and put the emergency credit on. When another guest moved into that room they knocked the boiler off because of the noise and the property became very cold because the windows had draughts. Everyday I noticed more and more sores on my arms and legs which I was later told were bite marks. There was nowhere to sit apart from the bed and the property was dirty throughout. The bedroom stunk of cigarettes.

The location was excellent, extremely close to the metro station.

This is not a hotel but a share home 🏡 . There is one toilet not clean , simple not a good idea to go. But for the price is ok

rooms were dirty, walls felt like they were about to fall over, the ‘cleaner’ from down stairs broke into the house through the back door without permission made her way up to the top floor and then was told to leave which she then grabbed a bag and walked out. one last thing I want to make sure not to miss out is the fact that on the photos of the property there was a sitting room however there was no sitting room which in my opinion is clear false advertising.

The whole place stunk! Filthy spoke to the people who rent it out. Not helpful in the slightest if you want to live like a pig and in a sty then this is the place for you! Building falling apart, traffic could be heard so loud dont expect even one nights sleep. Drunks in the building and people takin drugs on the landing! Bed is the worst ive slept in springs popping and banging digs in back. Expect to be woken up through the night and in the mornings. Cleaners don't clean it properly and bang on the door before your even due to leave! Never ever would i stay here not even if it was free!

Read above! Nothing Place is a hell hole whether cheap or not do not stay here!! No internet! They hadnt paid the bill! Absolutely shocking!!

Nothing bed had springs coming out of it! Digging in back. People knocking on doors and being woken up ! P**s all over the bathroom floor and all over the toilet. Blood up the door in the bathroom. screaming, banging loud music. Complained to host they basically said what do u expect!!

When I arrived I was given the number to the door and ended up half a mile up the road so had to phone them a few times telling them that am knocking on the front door and no is here to answer me . Then got a texts message saying am at the wrong door and should go to number 28 . I was not given the number of the door wen I made my bookings . Then wen I got to the Wright door it had a combination locking that I couldn't open took me about 10 attempts to open finally wen I managed to open up the front door to get inside the room that am I'm has a combination lock as well and couldn't get in for a while till someone who was staying there helped me to open my room door . Room not been vacuum carpets full of gravels and bits and dirty bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on . Never will stay there again .

Check in was 3pm but didn’t get checked in till nearly 5am was messed around and given wrong code the man we spoke to started to become rude with my partner on phone, bed was broken, towels were stained, bedroom walls were all stained and room was tiny, definitely not worth £170 for one night stay, shared bathroom with the other apartments but was no lock on bathroom door so anyone could of just walked in, was suppose to be a romantic night away with my partner but definitely wasn’t in that apartment was nothing nice about the place worst place Iv stayed 😞😞

Unclean No towels Tv Ariel cut No seating area Had to contact company twice to find out actual location of property with no return call as promised Company told another guest they were staying in same room as us, they walked straight into our room No toilet roll Boiler in our room so when hot water was used, it made a loud noise disturbing us even during the night.

The check in system was appalling. I had no phone call from the place (as promised) to give me more information and so I arrived at the postcode with no idea which number house to go. After numerous phone calls I waited an hour for a whatsapp message and was given a code to enter the building. I was then given the wrong room number and walked in on a couple. The shared bathroom was not somewhere you’d want to take a shower or bath. The shared kitchen wasn’t much better. My TV didn’t work. I don’t think it met H&S regulations - doors were not fire doors and didn’t even have a latch to close unless locked. It was all a bit grim. I expected simplicity due to the budget but it was poor even in the light of the price.

It was close to a metro station. It was low cost and I had a comfortable sleep.
