No cleaning for forst four days. sofa/bed was very small and uncomfortable. Add mop for self cleaning and air freshener in wash room. Rest all perfect.

Appartment was very clean with all accessories. 2 minutes walk to Oxford street and in the middle of two underground stations ( Tottenham court road and Oxford circus). Very very close to happening oxford street, Picadilly, trafalger, oxford circus. Our 10, 14 and 16 year Kids could walk arroud easily but managable. Though on weekends it was diffcult for kids to pass through busy clubs and pubs in the steet.. Very easy check in and check out. Over all beilliant experience. The fact that there wasn't a lift and we were staying on the 4th floor, was very tiring. Also, the beds were not very comfortable.

The staff were really friendly, the location was amazing and it was a really nice apartment.

The air condition was not working in the smaller room, on family member was freezing in there the later part of the trip. Luckily we´re from Iceland, brought plenty of clothes from wool :) We managed well, but we were trying to figure out about the heating but it wasn´t too obvious.

No housekeeping service despite advertising on their website. On repeated follow ups, they sent a maid only once during our 7 day stay who did not even change the bed linen.

The thing that I liked the most about the property was the location as all the shops/restaurants and major tourist attraction on regent street, Picadilly, carnaby, bond street etc were a walking distance.

Key code didn’t work and had to wait an hour and three quarters for a call back so we could get in. No remote control for tv in bedroom. Not been cleaned under beds for a very long time.

Tea coffee milk etc on arrival - didn't really want to have to head straight out to get basic provisions.

Aside from a couple of items in terms of no milk and English tea available at the flat on arrival (there was meant to be), everything was really good. If you're taking the upper flats, the stairs seem to go on forever! It's perfectly located but consequently can be a little noisy in the front room with the sounds of people going up down Wardour st. But it's not unbearable by any means and totally expected. Thankfully the bedrooms were to the back so I slept perfectly well, very comfy bed. At the moment there's building work next door and they start around nine but it didn't bother me. But if you're a light sleeper or need a lie in bear it in mind. Overall great flat would definitely go back.

There was nothing like housekeeping throughout our 24 days stay there. I understand there is covid 19, but I expected at least Weekly house keeping to make the place more comfortable.

The Location is central, very good. Short walk to over 4 train stations, very close to oxford street. Restaurants everywhere. Very good place to stay. I love the place. And Sarah was very helpful, we checked in earlier than the official time. I really appreciate that.

This rental would be a solid five star for the price if not for the construction happening a mere 50 feet from the bedroom windows. This is not a fault of the property, but I do believe guests should know if they will be awakened at 8am, 6 days of the week. Other than that, the property is clean and has everything you need. Although it "sleeps" five, the tiny single bathroom would be difficult for more than three. The location is excellent. Especially for West End vacation plans. Its well suited for using public transportation and easy walking distance to most of the tourist sites. The beds were comfortable and the nightime street noise isnt a problem with bedrooms in the rear. If not for the construction waking me everyday at 8am, Id give this property five stars.

Lounge sofa bed

We were on the 4th floor (no lift) so that was tough. However, this is in the heart of soho - no hotels here! We ate out a stones throw away every night. The kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms are excellent. Sofa bed in lounge could be softer (was just ok for 1 person, would not be for 2). The staff are responsive and very accommodating - we got an extra fan when we asked and they sorted the internet (which is a tad slow).

2 main things : 1) Wardour Street is in Soho and is very busy (very very busy at the weekends) and double-glazed windows are needed ,not single ; 2 )the house is next door to a massive reconstuction : (HEAVY) drilling started each morning at 08:00 and finished at 16:00 each weekday.Very uncomfortable ;see also above .
