Parking was an issue at the property (see attached photo). The neighbours do not seem to care that guests staying at the property have a reasonable expectation to be able to park outside the property. We were able to get parked outside the property the first day, but thereafter, we had to park up the road from the property. The house is a little lacking in love. It is clear that everything is done to a budget & that is fine and of an acceptable standard. A little more love and a little spend would make this an exceptional property.

Shower a bit weak on pressure but that was a very minor thing

Dog friendly, which was a must Due to national search and rescue dog training happening this particular wknd so are search dogs had a good garden to stretch in after a hard days searching/training

sofa's were not very comfortable. tv was difficult to work, but found the dvd player and was able to watch from a good selection.

House was a bit cold on arrival until the heating kicked in but then we were very comfortable. The shower was a bit less powerful than we are used to but did the job.

Absolutely gorgeous location we went to Anglesey to Newborough Forest and the beach and then Caernarfon to see the Castle and have a meal at a pub one day and then Llanberis the second day, the cost was very reasonable for 2 nights and no charge for the dog was an extra special perk. We loved the secure garden for the dog.

Lovely cottage for an amazing couple of days away. Will definitely be back in the new year.

A note in the fire grate to say that the fire didn't work would have been helpful. we went out and bought wood before reading in the hand book that we shouldnt use it. Bath didn't have taps just a shower and it wasn't clear how to switch on the hot water.

We loved the cottage and the location suited us very well as so close to where our son and daughter-in-law live. Great to have the garden for our dog too. The individual electric wall mounted room heaters were excellent. I'm not entirely sure but I do believe the kitchen was newly fitted. We would definitely use again and recommend to family wanting to visit our son.

Not a lot to not like however, the location took a little the hang of but this nothing to do with property and more googles vs Road signage!

They thought of all the little touches, strong internet and good sized garden a home away from home.

Parking outside was tight.

Clean, tidy, welcoming appearance. Details of colour coordination and warmth of downstairs. Fresh bedding, clean and fresh bathroom with towels. Kitchen, cleaned and we'll equipped with matching extension and matching crockery. The little touches made it so welcoming.

Great location, just a couple of minutes from the town but very quiet area for peace. About a 30 minute drive from Snowdon which we came to climb.

We visited for our charity hike up Snowdon. Great location (15 minutes from snowdon), very comfortable, clean, well equipped kitchen. Garden great size, we didn't use it, but well kept. Even though there was no official parking, it wasn't an issue to park. We travelled in two cars, we managed to park outside the property and the other just past the row ov houses. Would stay again

The on road parking could be a bit tight for larger vehicles.

Convenient location for what we needed to do.spacious rooms, well organized furniture. My daughter enjoyed big screen for DVD, pleased my small pet was accommodated safely.the weather was very hot but the cottage comfortable temperature inside.

There aren’t any taps on the bath, after climbing Snowdon I just wanted a soak in the tub to ease my muscles.

Very quiet location, close to the beach, short drive to town. Big enough for a family of four to be comfortable. Plenty of cooking utensils. Towels and a small selection of toiletries were a nice touch as were the teabags and milk.
