We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe hotel was close to all amenities and to parking. Choice of car parking depending on how much you wanted to pay. You gave the choice to eat in or out the menu including specials was very reasonably priced. There is also entertainment at the hotel.

United KingdomThe rooms especially the 1st one we was given was in a poor condition broken shower tiles grubby grouting old furniture 2 odd lamps and view from window which was booked as city view was a small yard with overgrown weed dirty plant pot with an old deflated football and a dirty old sock on the window cill the replacement room was an improvement but shower head broken meant you had to hold it to shower Both rooms reasonably clean but let down by there disrepair

United KingdomNo dinner at the restaurant. I have not experienced the breakfast at the hotel . I have only been able to book room only. Initially the smart TV, I was able to have Netflix on my account but now there is restrictions on broadband.
Very clean bedding and wash areas, toilet and shower mint, excellent shower pressure for exceptional shower experience. I love the place and since then I am a regular customer boing as a min 1 night every week.

United KingdomThe WiFi was barely accessible and very slow. The room was right next to the lift which disturbed my peace & quiet at night when other guests were using it. (I made a point of not using it myself when I came back so I didn't disturb anyone.) The shower could have been warmer too.

United KingdomIt needs a bit of maintenance like the shower was very hot and couldn't change the temperature and sink tap sprays over you also the door seal has gone as the noise from the wind whistling through the frame was very loud and kept us awake.
The staff we met were very lovely and the views from the terrace was lovely. Also great location near places to eat and have a drink. Also right on the beach and near lots of shops. The rooms were nice and clean and liked the decor too would definitely recommend and also return .

South KoreaFor the price, the room exceeded my expectations. Perhaps the orientation of the bed could have buttressed the wall rather than have the single bed in the middle without support.
I thought the single room I booked for the night was much better than I thought, particularly as the room was much cheaper than several competitors. There were more services than I expected, and the welcome box of hot drink sachets and biscuits was a surprising lovely touch given the economical nature of the room. The reception staff were effective and helpful; the bar staff, however, also exceeded my expectations in friendliness and conservations. ‘Luke’, if he recall his name, was a lovely man, and a joy to converse with. If you are looking for a single room, temporary staff for the night, it would be hard to do better than this.
