We dont normally leave reviews but this B&B warrants one. Janey is a fantastic host, nothing was too much for her. Our room was very clean and comftable. Couuldnt have asked for more really. Will definatley be back to this guest house

An amazing b and b. Janie makes you so welcome from the moment you arrive. Rooms are spotless and very quiet, breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices. Would highly recommend.

The property is at a good location and within walking distance from most attractions. The room and the property are very clean and tidy. Janie is an excellent hostess, very friendly and accommodating and made us feel welcomed. If you are looking for somewhere to stay while visiting Blackpool I would definitely recommend this place.

The host/owner Janie is absolutely brilliant! She welcomed us in with a big, warm, friendly smile. We could have sat chatting with her for hours. Her place is super clean and well looked after. Janie was so kind, caring and generous. Her breakfast options were great and absolutely delicious. The room and ensuite was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Location is also brilliant being only about 7 mins walk from the town centre. Parking was also convenient, either right outside the property for short term or literally around the corner for mid-long term. Highly recommended for that wonderful personal touch that Janie delivers brilliantly. Thanks again Janie!

Everything was very clean and tidy and the host was very friendly which made you feel that you were in a home from home which was so lovely. The breakfast is top notch!

Everything was great.

Very clean, comfortable (everything seems new) good location (5 mins walk from train station), quiet, warm, near the seafront, great breakfast and coffee! The host is an amazing person and we will definitely be going back, I felt as if I was visiting family rather than being in a b&b.

Nothing to dislike in our opinion. A little bit of a walk into town centre but not too far, I struggle a little with walking but it was manageable for me. Anyone younger and fitter would have no problems.

Everything there wasn't anything not to like, very clean, comfortable beds, nice decor. Plenty of Tea, Coffee and milk, little packets of biscuits and Janie's extra touches of baked goodies left in the room each day were lovely. A large bottle of fresh drinking water each day too. Toiletries in bathroom were good especially the disposable face washing cloths were a novelty, spotlessly clean and modern shower, slight pressure flow but still manageable to be able to shower Janie is looking into this. The cat's are kept in a separate room so never a bother whilst eating, not a cat hair in sight. Breakfast was delicious, we opted for cooked breakfast, other options are available. Will definitely return for our next stay in Blackpool.

Fantastic two night stay, the property is centrally located, very clean and well decorated throughout. The host was beyond adorable, we really enjoyed our breakfast chats. The little extras like fresh cakes and trifle in the room were adorable. We both said by far the best breakfast we have had in Blackpool (and we visit a lot), will 100% be back.

Great location and one of the best guest houses I’ve stayed in. The room was lovely, very spacious and clean. Lovely touch from the owner was the freshly baked goodies and breakfast.

Fabulous guest house in a great location in North Shore The room is compact but very comfortable and has everything you need for a weekend away Very good quality bedding and super comfy bed, spotlessly clean throughout the property. Janie the landlady is very passionate about her business and wants you to have the best stay in her property. We were treated to home made muffins and apple slices in the room which were delicious. The breakfast was great quality produce and perfectly cooked. Highly recommended and we will return when we next come back to Blackpool Verly good Value for money we go away alot and this was one of best homely stays we have had.
