It was a bit hard to find even with the extra instructions provided but we got there in the end!

The property had everything you could want and the bathroom was next level! The terrace was great and it’s just a shame that the weather wasn’t good enough to allow us to spend time out there. Absolutely loved the bath towels 😊

Renew carpets and it’ll look muuuuch better. The place is a gem actually. Just blue carpets are a bit old and the color choice isn’t great

It was clean and tidy. Greeted with a bear and dog made from towels on the beds, a lovely touch. The views from the terrace were fantastic.

It was a steep climb to walk up the hill from Newlyn and quite a walk into Penzance. But we had a car and appreciated the easy parking. Bit tricky to find. There was a lot of traffic when we arrived and we didn't know the area, but once found, it was easy to access.

Spacious apartment with stunning views over Newlyn and Penzance. We cooked and ate on the deck, taking in the beautiful view both evenings we were there, perfect! Big kitchen with all needed appliances. Washing Machine was great and had short cycle. Huge bathroom and great bath. Comfortable beds, a windows opening onto the deck was nice on the warm nights we were there. Plenty of space to park. Good communication with owner.

It will be lovely if the apartments were signposted and named. It was difficult to know which one was ours. One day another family was trying to open our keylock as they didnt know which one was their's either.

Great location with terrace views of the harbour. Very clean with modern fully fitted kitchen which had dishwasher & washing machine. Seems like newly done large bathroom. Parking available. Great location, easy to drive to main destinations like Land's end, Mouse hole or St Ives.

Small TV with no streaming service Poor wifi signal (okay in the living room but hardly any reception in the bedrooms.

Perfect location with a beautiful view of Penzance harbour. Clean and complete kitchen all the necessities. Spacious bathroom.

Not complaining but a light outside would be good during night time , by the stairs for safety reasons.

The photos don’t do justice for this beautiful place , everything was great , no problem from the host , I travelled with special needs children and I’m always picky about where I stay with the boys , but my boys loved this place , close to town centre , close to the beach , very good location for any food or supermarkets, the place is well equipped with everything and I would surely book again.

The hosts were friendly and welcoming and gave us a bottle of wine and home grown vegetables on arrival. The property was very clean with comfortable beds. We particularly liked the large terrace with breathtaking sea views, equipped with picnic table , loungers and BBQ

Some of the finishings were a bit rough but think that will get worked out as the property becomes more established.

We booked extremely last minute due to a change in plans and Pheobe was able to accommodate us within a few hours. The apartment was incredibly comfortable, well designed and well provisioned.

The place was lovely, with all the appliances needed (even a rice cooker!). The bedrooms were cozy, matelas were confortable. The bathroom was super big and with a nice bath and shower. The balcony has a beautiful view on Penzance and its harbour and it has lots of sittings and one big table to be able to enjoy the view while enjoying a meal.

The water pressure is reduced significantly in one tap as soon as another is opened but that wouldn't be a deal breaker

Tea and Coffee great had to provide own cereal.Milk provided Not enough towels for 4 people. Wrong pin number given.
