Very friendly and helpful hosts. Balcony was a good size with comfortable chairs. Cakes and tea/coffee in the conservatory was a nice extra touch.

Guest house run by lovely couple, we had a room at front with sea view and balcony, afternoon tea and home baked cakes superb, overall an excellent accommodation would fully recommend.

Rooms can get hot, so I suggest having a pair of earplugs with you in case you like to keep the balcony door/window open during the night for fresh air, as noise from vehicle can disrupt sleeping otherwise :)

The place exceeded our expectations! Hosts are very nice people who've made the whole place feel like home away from home. Every day there were freshly baked cookies/cakes downstairs which tasted so good! (for free!!). The view from our room was breath taking and even more amazing on our last 2 nights as the host was so kind to upgrade us to a room upstairs :)) Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location is ~15-20 min walk from the town centre and close by are shops/restaurants. Beautiful promenade/walking path next to the sea. We truly enjoyed our stay in Eastbourne and suggest everyone to stay at Seaview Sanctuary!

We had a wonderful stay. We were blown away by this B&B. Delicious fresh baked treats every day, welcoming hosts who also gave us our space, and amazing location across from the beach but very quiet. The host even gave us his parking space when we had a lot of items to unload from our car. Would love to come back! Especially would love to have the ginger cake again, it was soooo good!

For the price I can’t say there is absolutely anything you could complain about at all what so ever.

Beautiful location - absolutely superb lovely hosts - free hole made cookies and biscuits and cakes each day to choose from and even got my car going after it broke down with some very wise advice which prob saved me from getting sacked.

The shower was clean and new, but lacks pressure.

Location was great, right across the road from the beach and a local bus went through Seaford to Brighton, which gave access to a wonderful coastal walk and the amazing white cliffs. The hosts were fantastic - very helpful and supplied tasty cakes and biscuits.

Received a warm welcome from the hosts who were very accommodating. The room was beautifully decorated, very clean with everything needed to make your stay comfortable. Loved the home baked cakes available daily at teatime 🍰 (a lovely touch).

Very clean and comfortable stay, little details thought of - they left us a little Easter bunny chocolate as we stayed over Easter. The couple running the company were always around to help and would go the extra mile. The cake and tea in the conservatory was such a lovely warming touch.

Very friendly and welcoming hosts. Warm and cosy with a nice view from the Balcony. Very tasty cakes for guests made daily, which you can have in the conservatory with tea and coffee. Enjoyable stay for Easter Weekend. Great location. Will be back for another stay in the near future.

On street parking is free but can be difficult to find a space near the Seaview, depending on how busy the area is. Sometimes a few minutes walk is required, which may be difficult with lots of bags.

Rich and Katie were very welcoming and always checking to see if there was anything else we needed. The continental breakfast which was offered as an extra was very good value for money, with a number of options to choose from and a choice of having in your room or the conservatory. There was also complimentary home made cakes on offer every afternoon. The location is opposite the beach and easy walking distance into town.
