Very noisy at night from guests walking the corridors shouting, think it is used to house homeless people on housing benefit , the shower was very small and the tv had no remote

Unfortunately the shower worked but I couldn't get it hot. There was a shared shower room which I used though.

Very good location and the name is true to the word. Had a lovely view of the sea and pier. Bed very comfortable.

Very thin walls. Other guests could be heard, especially with raised voices.

£18, so very cheap. Manager was polite and pleasant. Decent room and facilities as advertised.

The room was freezing cold!! And the small electric heaters just aren't enough to warm the room up. A bigger better heater would do the trick.

Stayed before and got the same room. Value for money is pretty good. Location is ideal. I would stay again absolutely.

The property smelt like smoke and fags and the rooms wasn’t to much better, shared shower was pretty good but didn’t look very clean and the shared toilet had skid marks a lot of the time.

Sharing house with addicts and other people that were unsuitable for family's. Not a place to take children to. Pictures on booking.com should be updated. Refurbishment??? New carpet badly fitted. Just old school accommodation, I'm talking '70's. Our taxi driver even waited when he pulled to accommodation to make sure we were safe. Unfortunately, we never took his advise to move. Fish bar next door, is now derelict with tarpaulin flapping . Not as pictures shown. Shower.... Toilet flush broken, had to re-set every time otherwise kept filling up through night. Toiletries included... Old towels, new soap, no shampoo, no shower wash. No good. shouldn't say included as people won't bring their own.

Room was not warm and cozy enough. . Also no hot water in the sink, only hot water was in the shower.

Shower was very small, curtain stuck to us when we showered, floor got absolutely soaked so had to constantly wipe up with a towel. Toilet is hard to sit on properly, directly next to wall and sink. No hooks for towels, coats, etc so our own towels couldn’t dry properly. Room was absolutely freezing, and only a small heater which didn’t help much, window and windowsill got absolutely drenched from lack of airflow and heat in the room. Only a tiny window above our bed that barely opened. Walls are very thin, can hear conversations next door. There was mould on the bottoms of the curtains in the bedroom and along the sealant in the shower. Pillows got wet from positioning by window, duvet was very thin, so I’d advise taking some blankets in colder months. Me and my boyfriend have both developed colds and bad chests from sleeping in the room due to it being so cold.

The location is good, next to McDonald’s, Whetherspoons, SPAR, Premier Shop, a few small takeaways, such as kebab, pizza, Chinese, chippies. Directly next to South Pier, Casino, Water Park and Pleasure Beach. £10 from train station in cab, don’t use Uber, use Premier Cabs app and BPL Transport. Owner and staff were polite, didn’t see them again though after check-in. Bed was comfortable enough for a few nights, kettle in room with tea and coffee, 2 mugs and 2 plastic cups.

Could hear everything from the next room which had a noisy couple.Very thin walls . Could not sleep all night because of the noise from the next room. Could feel the springs in the mattress. It was very difficult to use the toilet because it was too close to the basin. Black mould present in the shower tray.

Customer service was very good. Nice gentleman managing the hotel. The room was clean. Tea facilities are very good with plenty of tea bags , milk etc. Nice sea view from the window

When we arrived at 2PM they couldn't allow us in, they left us under the strong wind and freenzing cold, and they aren't disable friendly. After we check in, they promissed us Xmas dinner and it never happened and we had to make arrangements on Xmas day.

They don't do breakfast. The location is excellent close to the shops

The location was good . Emma was very friendly and very understanding. More b&bs and hotels in Blackpool need to learn customs services like Emma gives.

The room had a very bad smell of nicotine. I'm a non-smoker, so I had to leave the room and rebook a different hotel that night .
