Directions provided by Emily were easy to follow. It really is a five minute walk into the town, yet so peaceful, with beautiful views from the lovely terraces. The accommodation is tasteful, bright and immaculate. Emily was on hand and so helpful and friendly. The delicious complimentary cream tea on arrival was a lovely touch which we devoured, and the shortbread equally scrummy. I also ordered some freshly baked cheese scones to take home, and they were amazing, managed to freeze three otherwise I could have happily eaten them all in one day :) The place is immaculately clean, and the bedding and towels of a high standard. The bed is comfortable and we slept very well. Thank you Emily!

Further than we anticipated to walk into Brixham with the hill as my partner has a bad knee! Parking space very tight behind the door in allocated slot for a bigger car but we were kindly offered the space at the other end after the first day which worked well

The only thing worth noting is that the shower, while perfectly good, is very small (and I speak as a 5' 6" fella).

Such a neat little snug for two people, fully equipped and spotless, and we found some fresh milk and a complete cream tea on arrival! The views down to Brixham harbour from the little terrace are astonishing - it would have been great to sit out with a cup of tea, except it rained the whole time. We still loved our stay and our hosts couldn't have been more helpful (all via WhatsApp).

There was nothing we didn't like about Little Trevio, it's perfect! It is up a steep hill - hard on the legs after a day of hiking - but that's why the view is so lovely, so it's hardly a complaint!

We loved everything: the view, especially from the top terrace, is stunning. The location is perfect for exploring Brixham, and it was easy to find thanks to the host's great directions. We had brilliant communication with the host before and during the stay. And not just content with being a fab host, Emily is also a great baker and the delicious complimentary scones prompted us to order more! Little Trevio itself is beautiful, cosy, and comfortable. Decorated perfectly, it feels light and airy but was also warm and snug when it was raining outside. Very well equipped, and immaculately clean. The only downside for us was that we only stayed for a weekend - next time we'll book for longer!

A great bolthole for a couple wanting to explore Brixham and the surrounding areas, and a fantastic location as only a couple of minutes walk from Brixham Quay and all the shops, bars and restaurants

Nothing - everything was absolutely superb and I will be booking again for a future date.

The property was in immaculate condition and the attention to detail from the owner was second to none. Fresh scones, clotted cream, jam and milk for a cup of tea on arrival was the perfect welcome after a long journey down!

A perfect place. It was peaceful and relaxing. A short walk (uphill) from town. People very friendly and food excellent. Plenty of bars and restaurants. Outside terrace had a great view of the harbour and sea beyond, a lovely chill out area. Tea, coffee and milk provided, with homemade scones and shortbread on arrival, delicious.  Thank you Emily.

Can't think of anything we didn't like..

Loved the location of little Trevio and having a parking space right outside is a bonus. Apartment was spotlessly clean and the amount of outdoor space was great. Facilities were really good and I can't think of anything else we would have needed. Even a picnic basket if we had wished.

Cream tea on arrival was nice. Tea/Coffee provided. Fully kitted out kitchen provided and very nicely done! Nothing but 5 star throughout. Very highly recommended!

I haven't spotted anything to improve. It was cosy, cute and perfect for our short holiday.

The place was really lovely, very clean and perfect for a romantic getaway. There were lots of little details left by the hosts to make the stay even more perfect, from brownies and milk for coffee waiting for us on arrival, to fresh flowers, and similar. We loved the terrace and spent half the time there. The fully stocked kitchen was perfect for my food-loving-and-making husband, as well as the barbecue.

Nothing we didn’t like.

Little Trevio was presented to an excellent standard. Whilst compact, it had everything we needed. Nice modern kitchen and bathroom. Great to have a smart tv and we appreciated having the tea, coffee, milk and treats on arrival. We particularly enjoyed sitting out on the top terrace with the lovely harbour views - the weather was gorgeously sunny when we were there and was perfect for that!
