I loved how comfy and homely it was. It was the perfect place for me and my partner with plenty of board games! We had a brilliant time. Plenty of heaters to warm the caravan up it was just perfect

Communication with Janice the owner was excellent. She very kindly left some little halloween treats. My girl was very happy. The place was spotless and had lots of little extras including good bedding, towels, condiments and toiletries. It was a very cozy caravan when the fire and heaters were turned on. Will definitely stay again.

We didn’t dislike anything.

A very well appointed and spotlessly clean van, bit chilly in the mornings but we were there during Storm Babet and were comfortable, with plenty of heaters available. Wonderful host Janice thoughtfully told us to keep the heaters on and we had very good communication throughout our stay, lots of nice little extra touches like milk in the fridge, Halloween decorations that the kids loved and cookies/sweets left for them too. Location is convenient for nice walks and plenty of things to do with kids. Near a main road but the noise never really bothered us.

The owner was great and had provided little extras like milk in the fridge, biscuits, towels etc. Communication was brilliant. The location was great being close to the sea front and Whitely bay. The caravan was very comfortable and had all that you needed for a lovely holiday.

The noise from the nearby road (that was off site) The lack of power points in the main bedroom & living room.

The van was spotlessly clean The kitchen was well equipped There was car parking near the van with a partly paved walkway, which avoided muddy shoes in the rain.

Janice was amazing and we could not have asked for more! Caravan was immaculate and there was so much thought! There was milk in the fridge when we arrived and cookies on the side which the kids loved after our long drive. There were plenty of games and bits to keep us occupied and my 1 year old loved the little crochet sea animals! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The caravan was well stocked with everything you could possibly need, beds were very comfortable and Janice the owner was fabulous :-), we will be sure to stay here again next year.

The caravan was beautifully clean and very comfortable. The communication from the owner pre-arrival was exceptional. She was very kind and helpful. I cannot recommend this place enough. We had a great time relaxing and did some lovely coastal walks.
