Great location for enjoying Newlyn, exploring the area and accessing the coastal path. The cottage was well equipped, clean and cosy. Suited me perfectly.

Mattress super soft. I never point that kind of issue but it was really really soft. Tv didn’t work properly the remote who was defected or out of battery.

Location, price, board games and the cosy theme decoration.

The car parks were hard to find. The post codes were wrong on the email i was sent. Once we worked out where one was it was fine

There was a welcome hamper which we thoroughly enjoyed. There was so many useful things in the house to use. The outdoor space was beautiful

Only minor issues. No tea towels. The cost of the parking. Once or twice the car parking got filled up and I had to park half a mile away.

A good central location for the far south west. Easy access to Mousehole, Lands End, St Michaels Mount. A very nice welcome package of good quality coffee, fudge and other bits and pieces. It always creates a good impression. Very close to a couple of fishmongers to get some great fish and prawns. Elaine the fishmonger is very friendly and her fish pie is lovely. Some very good restaurants locally and in Mousehole

We loved everything about this little holiday home, so cosy and was simply home from home without all the stresses of busy everyday life! The hamper and milk in the fridge was such a lovely touch and the cotton sheets was an even bigger bonus. The cottage had everything we needed and set in the most beautiful surroundings. Lovely neighbours including the seagulls! Loved waking up to them each morning, reminded me of my childhood. This place is a real hidden gem, can’t wait to go back. Was sad to come home!

We couldn't access the back terrace as the door was jammed (and we didn't want to test it)

One downside was no parking sav=ce at the property but there is pay parking 2 minutes away by the harbour £12 for 24 hours, there is cheaper parking up the hill a bt further away,

One of the best rentals I have ever had, comfortable clean and excellent facilities. A working TV with great choice of channels including Netflix. The property is in a very quiet location. The welcome pack was a lot more than expected, a full bag of quality ground coffee, scones, clotted cream, biscuits, a packet of tea and milk. The kitchen was all that was needed and well fitted, The property is extremely well looked after and the decor on a seaside theme superb. The bed was very comfortable.

    Nothing negative.

It's a very cosy cottage with fabulous decoration and everything you could ever need, even things you wouldn't expect to find e.g. an Espresso machine, hair dryer and straightener and board games. It was clean, the heating worked perfectly, and the welcome hamper was very generous! It's also very adequately located in a historic fishing area.

Lovely cottage that fitted our needs perfectly. The welcome basket was a lovely surprise when we arrived which was very much appreciated. We enjoyed our walks even though the weather wasnt that good during our stay. The scenery was beautiful. We were only here for a few days but we would certainly recommend this lovely cottage.

We got very confused as we were tired on arrival and couldn’t find the cottage. As we had to park in the Harbour Car Park and walk with our things this was quite distressing after an eight hour trip from London. Partly our own fault I think for not writing it all down before we travelled and relying on the info on our phones instead.

Good location. We opted to use the local busses instead of driving. Very good service.
