The location is very remote within a boat yard and down a country lane. There are no amenities around without driving to pubs, restaurants or shops. Did feel the addition of a hot tub on the decking would enhance the whole experience

Loved the property. It’s ideal for a short two night stay as we did for work. A lovely welcome gift on arrival and breakfast was a great addition. Bedding was so comfortable and luxurious.

The accommodation is small but beautiful and cleverly designed. An extremely comfortable bed. The Ark is spotlessly clean and in a safe location with views of the river. Lovely welcome gifts and a good breakfast. Minor issue with the heating but very quickly resolved by our host. Warm and plenty of hot water for the shower. The Ark is close to Emsworth town centre so near pubs, restaurants and shops. We chose to walk to town so a little dark on the return journey so take a torch with you.

The only thing that we feel could have been improved on was the lack of space for the bedding when set in day time seats and table position. If the under mattress was in two halves so that each half could be placed either side, it would have helped.

The view and the peace and quiet. We also liked the well thought out layout of the Ark. The lady in reception whom we saw on arrival was helpful and friendly.

A beautiful location and excellent accommodation. There's something very different and quirky about the Seabreeze Ark. Immaculately clean with all we needed for 3 nights. Lovely restaurants within walking distance and a fantastic snack hut on the doorstep.

The wet room. I’m a petite size, yet, found it quite challenging to have a shower in such limited space. The fridge could be bigger & also with an icebox in it.

Absolutely delightful place to stay for a few nights. Perfect to unwind in a quiet marina with a lot of walk/hiking options. The Ark itself is a sweet little pod with everything you need already there: it’s new, clean, has a small shower - toiletries, towels even soft cosy robes included; there’s a small fridge, kettle, coffee machine, toaster etc / well equipped kitchenette. Add to this , all the modern touches: wifi, bt speakers, tv etc. Steph, the host was the most helpful and lovely pre&during the stay! Enjoy the welcome drink on a lovely patio deck watching the boats and the tides go in&out! Thank you! We loved it & will definitely come back!

The only thing I can think of is the fridge. It is very small and could do with a freezer compartment. This is being very picky though

What a gem. This was a surprise weekend away for my partner, and neither of us were disappointed. He couldn't believe Sea Breeze Ark and how unique it is. The facilities and extras are superb. From beautifully soft smelling robes and towels, prosecco on arrival, colour changing lights, the wet room and the outdoor furniture and blankets. It was spotlessly clean and so welcoming. As expected it is compact, so you do need to be tidy! I would not hesitate to recommend Sea Breeze for a relaxed get away

Our experience as property designers and maintenance company - The wet room could have had a corner basin as the rectangular one was difficult to use, I mean to get your head over, brushing teeth etc! It could also have a wider blind that is mounted lower on the wall to accommodate covering the whole of the side are of the beautiful window.

We were given a breakfast which was lovely and fresh, two little bottles of prosecco which was a great treat, we loved the location and felt really safe. We had a fantastic time and loved being back on water.

We loved the Sea Breeze from the start. Inside was spotless, and modern, we were surprised at the amount of tech onboard also. The bed was comfy and easily converted into a sofa. The deck chairs were also comfy and was so nice to sit on the decking and totally chill.

Everything was excellent.

Wonderful location to explore Thorney Island. It was amazing to be able to see the tide come in and out and all the birds on the creek from our accommodation. The breakfast food provided exceeded our expectations and the bottle of sparkling wine was a lovely addition. We liked the mood lighting. The accommodation was very cosy and easy to adjust the temperature. It was well laid out and we were pleased to have a slot by the door where we could put muddy boots and hang wet coats.
