We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I booked dinner for 2 nights. Both meals were excellent and very well presented and tasty. The waitresses were pleasant and friendly. I also booked a hot stone massage. My therapist was excellent and felt relaxed and no tension in my back afterwards. The hotel has a great location to access the town and I could walk directly up to Ben y Vrackie from the Hotel just by turning right.

United KingdomThe bedroom. The ceiling tiles were coming un stuck and were stained. One of the wardrobe doors had come off the runner. The fan in the bathroom wasn't working and was extremely dirty. Around the bottom of the shower door was dirty too.cleanliness was not good at all. The whole hotel is very tired and is in need of a refurb.
The breakfast was lovely. Nice choice and cooked nicely. All the staff were lovely.
