The floor of the shower didn’t feel safe following an accident I had I’m not safe on my legs and couldn’t use the shower in the room as floor of actual shower felt like an ice rink. A shower mat that could be put in bottom if people prefer would be a brilliant asset. It’s not a Croatian at all as faculties we’re great I just feel as a safety precaution for less abled people it would really benefit

The bedding was so clean and the bed was comfortable best nights sleep I’ve had in awhile

The balcony was closed of due to not being safe so ideally would of liked a different room but wasn't nothing to complain about as such

Initially was difficult, beds were orthopaedic, ie quite firm , I don’t sleep well anywhere apart from my own bed, and there were builders next door 8am start, walls quite thin and could here everything from next room .but the staff were so helpful, I paid for a single , they upgraded me too a double on arrival as hotel not to busy , then on the second day they moved to a triple room away from the builders, with double glazing, and no one next door ! Amazing! I can’t comment on the food as it’s not available out of season. But overall good value for money very near the seafront.

Got blocked in in the car park due to lack of space and organisation it made me late to work as they couldn’t find the owner of the car who had blocked me in. Water in shower was lukewarm and not hot.

Facilities were clean and comfortable and room was spacious and modern, good value for money.

I think it's due to location being popular (Newquay) my stay was a bit overpriced. Hotel isn't quiet either walls or floors may be thin so I could hear other residents talking or walking and using bathrooms. Nothing too extraordinary tho

I liked the location of the hotel and the staff availability. I would swear there was always somebody at the reception.

Loss of kitchens & meals. Room was VERY small, but I obviously knew it was a single, & I did manage tho. finding somewhere for even my small suitcase was quite difficult.

The changes - rooms updated. Mattress new rather than 'twanging' when used.

The kettle in my room wasn't clean, I had to spend significant time attempting to clean it before deciding to use it, it did put me off from boiling water in it for a cuppa.

The staff at this property were fantastic especially Alex at reception who always tried his best to accommodate our needs (very polite & helpful) & Manday who cleaned the rooms & tried her best to sort out any technical issues with the rooms eg plumbing & other minor issues, I always found her really helpful & pleasant to chat to.

Room appear to have thin walls. You can literally hear people walking outside and the music from downstairs.

The breakfast was great! Traditional English breakfast bit worth it for the amount paid.

I didn't know seagulls squawked all night - not the fault of the hotel! No fresh fruit for breakfast, probably inflation kicking in!

Clean although possibly a little old are clean is the main thing.

The staff were very helpful and polite. The room although a little small was as good as the Hilton london 🤓 So all in all perfect My only comment would be breakfast will it be nice?
