We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe only downside to the whole experience was they have no parking and they recommend the multistorey car park a few minutes walk away in Chinatown on Stowell street. Having said that I booked and paid for the car park in advance and there was no hassle. You are guaranteed a spot and the barrier automatically recognises your no. plate and the barriers raise automatically. Couldn't figure out how to add a few extra hours though the next morning but that was probably just me.
Excellent location for the city centre and Chinatown. Staff were very friendly and polite. The bed was super comfy. Asked for a room looking onto St James Park football club and city, great view. Breakfast buffet was lovely in the very nice restaurant with plenty of choice of food and drinks.

EthiopiaIt is fantastic hotel and close to shopping centers and other attractions area including St. James Park Stadium. The rooms are clean, and spacious. Reception staff are exceptional, and they are welcoming and friendly. I would recommend to friends and families to stay in this hotel whenever they want to visit New Castle.

United KingdomThe dining facilities are shared as a bar restaurant that the public can walk into from the street it seems which wasn't a problem for us as it was relatively quiet breaking on match days when Newcastle are playing at home it would be very busy and very noisy. Not a huge criticism but more so a idea could be that with the being such a big area you could have a separate part that has hotel diners only even if it means they have to access the normal bar. Just seemed a little bit loud and expansive for a hotel dining facility.
Location is fantastic and parking is good as it's close by and discounted although I had already booked it separately. Not sure if there's anything when you book on the normal website but perhaps just indicate that parking is available and discounted The staff were absolutely fantastic every single one of them. Very relaxed very friendly and really helpful. The bed and the pillows were incredibly comfortable and the room itself was spot on.

United KingdomFor the money (£175 on matchday) I was a little disappointed. We were disturbed all night with sirens going past, window was closed. Would recommend a non stadium view if your a light sleeper as the metal windows do not stop any noise. There were notifications around the hotel about the gym being closed ( had no intention of using as there for the match but would have been good to notify in advance for those who were intending using) Room and shower were abit grotty which again for the money was disappointing.
Location for St James Park was perfect. Bed was comfy. Check in early by chance when we went to drop bags off. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
