We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomFeel the advertisement should be taken off at certain times. Spoke with reception the following day and private tenants are advised to take advert off after the reception closes. We were quite a late booking on the friday to get a message to stay we wouldn't get onto the site although check in stated up til 10pm. We then paid for ANOTHER hotel to have the owner call and sort this for us. Also had to chase my deposit and no offer of help or compensation for the issues we had trying to check in. Very confusing advert!!!!!
The caravan was lovely and big. Plenty of room. Great location although about a 20 minute walk from Butlins itself.

United KingdomNot far to walk to get into the butlins site lots of things to do kids loved the splash water park and the skyline shows so much to do for the children kept them occupied and they was never bored even though the weather was bad butlinsis all inside lots of different food shops to choose from and a supermarket all on the doorstep would recommend to friends and family the caravan had everything you needed in WiFi,games console,boxed games,Netflix puzzles. Very clean and tidy all you need for a family holiday

United KingdomThe host was lovely and couldn’t do enough for us especially since booking the day before we was attending, the caravan we hired was not the one we initially booked as this was taken but the caravan on the Bankside was perfect and much closer to get to the amusements especially with having a 4 year old. The caravan always lovely and clean and smelt wonderful when we arrived. We didn’t spend much time in the caravan as we filled up our weekend doing all the activities and visiting fantasy island with our little boy.

nothing this caravan was absolutely rotten,the owner was no help at all( extremely rude).took us 3hours on arrival to clean the caravan for our family to stay in.we could not sleep in beds at the they were so dirty used a airbed to stay on the living room floor.the owner messaged us if we left the tv or heating on when we went to the shop or left a window open.she is a bit much!!! her shower is broke her drains are blocked (needs flushed)the smell is horrendous.this has to be the worst place we have ever stayed in!!! Glad to be home.this caravan is definitely not worth the money we paid.the owner said she might have give us a possible refund if we left before 10am the next morning but where were we ment to go!! we were on holiday and 4hours away from home,and she only said possible refund!!

United KingdomThe caravan was grubby - grotty shag-pile rug had to cover with bed-sheet for baby to play on the floor - (Shud've been chucked out) - Cot provided didn't fit in bedroom so had to move a bed or sleep the baby in Livin Room! High chair had food in foot-well - Broken cups - broken shower-head holder - dead fly in food cupboard - previous occupants open pack of dry noodles in kitchen - and their dirty socks under the bed! For the price charged it was rotten! Must be paying a cleaner NOT to do her Job!! Had the audacity to insist on (refundable) breakages Bond - charges 50 quid for Extra adult Butlins complex pass cos only provide for 2 adults & 2 children not 3 adults ( 1 Granny ) & one 8month baby!! ) - awful.

United KingdomWiFi in van an extra cost, should be free for the visit radiators need replacing looks very grubby & lets it down for what could be a lovely van can hear the entertainment from the van, was no problem for us but if you want it quiet in the evening this isn’t for you. (it was Easter, so may be ok at quieter times)

United KingdomBooked 175 Sandhills- which was a 6 birth caravan. Upon arrival we had 4 birth caravan which was significantly smaller. Owner said the 6 birth was not available so we had no choice but to stay in the 4 birth which didn’t even fit a travel cot in any of the rooms. Caravan was dirty and the fresh bedding which we had to pay £40 for prior to arrival wasn’t even clean. It smelt of sweat. Beware.
