This is a lovely, exceptionally clean and comfortable well run hotel with friendly and helpful staff. There is attention to detail everywhere and we loved that there was even a bottle of fresh milk for tea in the fridge in our room. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant and our food was, without any exaggeration, perfect.

Noisy neighbours in room next to me seemed to be a thin wall. Not the hotels fault and when I rang reception about it they responded promptly. Also had to park in council car park across the road as the car park was full outside the hotel due to a wedding being on. I soon moved it over after the wedding had finished. I was genuinely really impressed and happy with this hotel and would absolutely stay there again

Clean. Modern. Comfortable. High quality. V comfy bed and excellent facilities in the room I was really happy with it. Staff we so friendly, efficient and helpful. Food was fab and menu extensive - I had never seen a room service menu like it! Was really yum!!

I come to Scunthorpe a few times a year to see friends, after stay with you on this visit, I've told my friend his settee will no longer be required. Room was lovely, radiator needs bleeding as it wasn't working efficiently. And the shower jel pumps need attention but otherwise I loved my stay.

The staff were lovely, the room was stylish and comfortable with quality toiletries and strong WiFi. My evening meal in the restaurant was fabulous, I had the continental breakfast with homemade granola which was to die for. I will definitely return

It was just a shame that check in took such a long time anfd then 3 attempts at getting in the room with the key cards. Staff did try their best to help us.

Suprisingly, lots of lovely touches in the room that were not marketed on booking.com including Bath TV Molton Brown tolietries Bose speaker Fresh milk. Lovely styled room.

Location. Food. Service. Came back after a long work day and perfect shower pressure, excellent chef cooked room service. Luxurious robes. All my parcels were looked after and received all my behalf and delivered to my room ! But the food was the best part.

Not one negative experience

This place was a real surprise. Everything was great about this place. Rooms large, clean and comfy, very friendly welcome and the absolute highlight: the restaurant. We had a great dinner which we enjoyed very much. Large variety of different dishes and each and every course we had was absolutely good. The same experience we made with the cooked breakfast. Will come back for sure.

An exceptional hotel stay ,was only here for one night . Staff were fantastic, the property was very clean . Breakfast was well cooked steaming hot ,enjoyed very much . Was greeted for breakfast by the most welcoming of staff members. Very pleasant young lady .
