The bed wasn't particularly comfortable but that's pretty standard for student accommodation so it still met my expectations.

The location is brilliant for the fringe, super close to the mile and all the big venues. The view I had of Arthur's Seat was a wonderful surprise, I didn't have any trouble sharing the kitchen and there was plenty of storage if I had stayed for longer that would have been very useful.

The bed was uncomfortable. The laundry system needs clarification. I ended up spending about £15 across circuits 2 apps as one of them is obsolete and they make refunds as hard as possible. (IE charge £3 for a £5 refund.

Great location, easy to access and kept me close to where I wanted to be. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice common room area.

Mattress was worn out and very uncomfortable. Drains in shower and basin need to be cleared. They were blocked and drained very slowly.

Very conveniently situated. Ideal as a base to see Edinburgh.

The shower looked like it would overflow every time we used it. Seemed like the drains were blocked a little but the staff said this was normal. If I was being picky the room could have been a little cleaner too, overall it wasn’t but defo a few spots missed.

We stayed here for the fringe festival and found our stay really good value for money. As it’s student accommodation, the rooms are basic and on the smaller side (to be excepted) but as a couple this wasn’t an issue for us. It was comfy enough and the staff were really friendly. , For the price and location over fringe, we’d stay again!

Could feel every spring in the mattress and woke up sore every morning. So expensive to stay here because of the Ed Fringe so expect better for that price.

The shower tray filled with water so I had to stop showering to let it drain a bit, I was worried it would overflow.

Rooms were clean and tidy. We have a beautiful view. We didn't have all our towels and pillows but spoke to reception and it was quickly sorted out.

I was supposed to have a mid week clean but never did. I had to go to the desk to request clean towels and they said they would do the clean the next day and still didn't so I requested sheets and changed the linens myself. Noise from the courtyard carries up to the rooms.

I couldn't sleep a single night because of noise in the corridors and the doors being slammed (it is the closing system that makes it happen unless you hold the door) So when people were coming in at midnight they didn't think about it

The mattress had no support at all and you could feel the springs on your back. The small double is also small for two adults.

Location and value for money were great! Only few minutes from Holyrood park, we could see the mountains from the room. They let us leave our backpacks the day that we were meant to leave and there was a kitchen to store things that we bought during our stay

The only complaint is the shower drained oddly slowly, so two people couldn't shower one after the other.

Excellent location, walkable, and nearby transit. It's worth the money for a private room and bathroom. The view was absolutely gorgeous from our room as well!

Poor mattress, thin, and palpable springs, but not uncomfortable to sleep on.

Lovely little bedsit 10 mins walk from centre, clean and bright. Great facilities, feels safe and secure. Great location, great staff, will definitely stay again.
