Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomIt has a cold out door shower which wasn’t very desirable but even tho I think ties in great with the outdoor theme!
We had a fantastic stay here, ample room and amazing location, 5 min walk to cape Cornwall, gas bbq and cooking stove with utensils provided, porta loos with tissue, everything was clean and tidy! Blow up beds with pump in case of deflation, staff were very friendly and accommodating, horse and wildlife literally right next to tent! Could not fault this place, will definitely be back!

Abkhazia, GeorgiaThe portaloo's were ok and reasonably clean but it would be nice to have some proper loo's and a hot shower.
It was a lovely big tent with facilities supplied exactly as expected. Very water proof despite the unpredictable August weather we are having at the mo!

United KingdomBare in mind you are outside “ish” therefore consider insects and weather. Unfortunately we had a very rainy and cold night, grab extra blankets if so. We had 2 blankets however if we wouldn’t have thought of it we would have been very cold.
Very rural and Good looked after. It looks small however very spacious. Inside we found plastic cutlery and plates, a small camping stove and a fry pan. Inflatable mattress double and 3 singles, covers and small pillows. There is a gas barbecue outside that you can use and outside shower and water. There is as well a toilet (clean).

United KingdomLoved everything 😊
Gorgeous location, horses on a field by the tents. Small village with all essentials and great little base go visit other places. Tents had everything you need or even more for proper camping 👍. Just remember to bring your own blankets/ duvets as they are not suplied and its quite cold in the night 😊

First time to stay in a bell tent. Plenty of room. Nice outside bbq and bench but sadly it rained so we couldn’t use them.

BulgariaThe cleanliness. Also far too overpriced for the provided facilities. The toilets were from the ones on the festivals. Not well cleaned. Inside the tents was nice, but should be kept much more cleaner than what we found. Hose with Crane was the sink. The shower was with cold water and no coverage of the 'designed' bathroom.
The location and the whole idea is nice

United KingdomThe horse paddock next door provided the kids with hours of entertainment while the kids drained my pocket by purchasing carrots and apples to feed them, it encouraged the kids to eat some roughage for a change.
Fantastic location with the village of St. Just just down the road where you can purchase everything that you’re likely to need with some nice cafes and restaurants and pubs. The bell tent was surprisingly comfortable and the surroundings are extremely quiet providing the perfect place to relax. With no hot water on tap for the shower it was just as easy to pop over to the golf club 5 min walk down the road to enjoy the sauna, hot shower and swimming pool for a small fee. It’s just a fantastic location away from all the tourist attractions but close enough to walk and see some spectacular views of this part of the British coast line. We will be returning.

United KingdomDidn't fancy the outdoor shower lol. Inflatable beds went down, I'd say camp beds would be worth the investment. More comfortable and warmer being off the ground. A light in the porta loo would be good and some cleaning spray to keep it fresh would be handy.
The tent was fantastic 👌 really spacious and carpeted. Gas stove and kettle was nice. Dishes washing up bowl and cutlery. 2 chairs and table with inflatable beds. Some blankets and cushions 🛋 made it all very cosy and comfortable. We loved the gas bbq and picnic bench with lovely ponies right next door. Quiet and peaceful with some stunning local walks at Cape cornwall. Owner is lovely and very helpful.
