Our cosy room was a little too cosy…not enough room to open two suitcases.

The property was very well located. Easy access to Heathrow airport. Plenty of eateries in the vicinity. Easy walk to Little Venice, Kensington Park. The property was very clean, and fresh looking.

The room was extremely small. The bath even smaller. Sadly the bath door (frosted glass) didn't close, the shower water control meant you must stand under the shower to turn on and control temp. Added to the experience, the glass folding shower door was difficult to close/latch.

The location was excellent for our needs. The neighborhood was quiet and had pubs for food and tube station for travels close.

The hotel was very clean. Although a bit small, it's not like other 3 star hotels with smells, and messes. The hotel was very neat. Although rooms were a bit small, it's understandable as the price for hotels in London is a bit pricey. Overall it's perfect. Love the cleanliness. Looks like a new hotel too. Street parking is available right infront too. Restaurants, stores all within walking distance and very safe to walk around!

The room was small, which is fine but it was quite tight if you have larger luggage. Limited surfaces. Lack of instruction for coffee machine and mini fridge. You can hear/feel the underground even from a 3rd floor room. Bad water pressure in the shower and controlling temperature was also an issue.

Great location. Comfortable and equipped for resting after a long day in the city. Bed was comfortable and rooms felt newly renovated.

Coffee maker was difficult. Never worked for us.

Location was great. Was not thrilled with the split stairs for our ages. Requested a room change due to our luggage. Overall it was good for a night. The building free standing fools you. It is a huge white building with several separate small hotels.

- Nothing, everything is good for me during my stay

- Proximity to Paddington Station and bus stops! So convenient! close to restaurants and shops too. - Comfy beds, Good to have 2 pillows per person - Though the shower and toilet is small, still good as it is clean. - They have small biscuits everyday and coffee, there is kettle, small fridge, free water at the reception.. everything you need is in the room, except for iron but I don't need it. - Room is cleaned everyday, except when you say not to do so - I am not sure of the value for money but as I searched for hotels, I found this as one of the most reasonable prices compared to other hotels, the pictures are the same as the rooms. - The room is small but its okay, I can lay my big luggage on the floor and I can open it.

I was put in the lower ground floor rooms and you can hear the tubes.

Great location. 5 min walk from Paddington station. Off main road, so reduces traffic noise. The room was a good size, clean, modern with a nice shower.
