The apartment was beautiful and had everything we could have needed. Right in the city centre, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The beds were really comfortable with great pillows. Gareth, the host, was very responsive when we needed something. A perfect stay.

Property is convenient 10 mins walk from the train station and all the hot spots in Edinburgh. Aesthetically decorated cosy rooms and kind and helpful owner who made the whole experience extremely pleasant.

Shop opposite was being refurbished so noise but not the fault of the flat . The double glazing is very efficient thankfully so not a huge issue .

The apartment was spotless, had the best nights sleep. The location excellent, easy 10 min walk from the train station. On the same road were various pubs and restaurants. There was tea, coffee sugar and milk provided, which is an excellent touch.

The staircase light did not come on initially meaning the stairway was very dark. We had an elderly man with us who found it difficult to see where he was going. Think it was on a timer as it came on later.

Location was fabulous so near to restaurants and places of interest. Plenty of extras when we arrived. Milk, orange juice ,coffee and snacks, such a lovely touch. The kitchen also had plenty of condiments.

It was perfect. Full of character, comfortable and cozy. Two good sized double bedrooms and a nice bathroom. The location is absolutely ideal as it’s in walking distance of most attractions.

Great apartment with everything provided you need for your stay just in the middle of the city. Big and cosy rooms, full equiped kitchen, living room with lovely decoration and bathroom with showergel and shampoo. No parking space directly at the house. Best to get the tram/bus.

Cosy and nicely decorated flat. Located on Rose Street that had a lot of shops, pubs, and restaurants and was pedestrian friendly. Located near Edinburgh Castle, Royal Mile, and train station. Tram is easy to take to the airport. Gareth was really helpful and super responsive. This place is great!
