Absolutely nothing at all I could dislike about this property

Absolutely beautiful hotel, stayed in a few in Belfast recently but by far room2 was the best I’ve stayed in ! The bed was incredible 10/10 Will definitely highly recommend this hotel to friends and family !

Comfortable downstairs area for relaxing or eating and drinking. Checkout was 2pm! Breakfast had lots of choices and it was good quality. Great location.

Our shower did not contain it's water from shower head it did go all over the bathroom floor drainage and tile slope was not good....we had a handicap room so not sure if the chair had something to do with leaking as water hit that and water splashed everywhere, luckily we had a lot of towels in the room to clean it up.

Property was centrally located and had superb amenities, staff was welcoming and sweet, our room was very spacious and well decorated with tons of amenities.

The location was excellent, a block from City hall. Comfortable bed, quiet, good bathroom facilities and products. Live entertainment each evening we were there. We did not eat there.

Our 4 year old loved the little bunk in the loft room and the "bits and bobs" box. The room is adjoining and unfortunately you can hear everything from next door. The room lacks a sense of luxury, which I thought it may have for the price. It had a double bed, which isn't the most comfortable for a couple. Clothes storeage is hard to access. Cleaning on walls, cutains etc could be better.

We found the staff, particularly those at check-in, to be just amazing. They really go above and beyond and nothing was a problem. The location is also so central. Kitchenette in the room is very handy and we'll equipped. Warm, friendly, casual vibe to the place and check in and out was done online and really convenient.

The way to turn on stove was weird and complicated. Wish they had food vending or store downstairs for last minute necessities etc. Staff was very helpful with recos and taxis.

Although not too spacious was well Designed. Nice bar and restaurant. Cheerful and stylish.

Loved the decor, the atmosphere but most importantly the warm welcome. Very attentive, friendly staff. Also loved the live music in the restaurant area - fabulous!

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, particularly Amy who went above and beyond for us. Lots of helpful advice and information. The bar is lovely, the live music created a wonderful vibe, the breakfast was delicious and not rushed. The rooms are so comfortable with everything you need. The location is amazing and perfect for the Cathedral Quarter, Linen Quarter and city centre shopping! A definite winner and a breath of fresh air as a place to stay in Belfast!

The room was extremely warm the first night as we thought we didn’t need the air con. We definitely did so this was easily sorted the next night. We could hear the room next to us so the rooms aren’t totally soundproof

Loved the decor, the lively reception area, the service and having a kitchenette was handy. The hotel is in an excellent location with everything you need within 5 mins walking distance

Really beautiful hotel - central location, rooms lovely and have everything you could need! Staff so welcoming & the manager even sent us over some champagne for our bride to be at the bar (which is also stunning and has great live music). Will recommend to everyone coming to Belfast in the future!

I have no bad points about my stay or the hotel

The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean, and the rooms were comfortable located in Belfast city centre within walking distance to Titanic Park and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area.

Absolutely Loved Room2! Quirky decor and lovely comfortable rooms. Live music every day and a really gorgeous bar area. Really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back. Honestly the nicest staff I’ve ever experienced, can’t do enough for you. Amy checked me in and was so lovely, also Nathan was very helpful. Love the 2pm checkout and complimentary milk from the bar for tea/coffee in your room. Also perfect location for shops, bars & restaurants.

Room a bit smaller this time round and elevator broken. Apart from that everything was perfect and we love the early check in and late check out available.

Staff particularly good on this trip, very friendly and helpful. Much more pleasant than the staff we met on our last trip, however room wasn't as nice as the previous studio we stayed in, bit smaller. Looking forward to staying in a suite again on 31st of this month.
